Re-Bath

I can't speak highly enough about the quality and service. We had extraordinary needs being some distance from Ohio and needing to communicate long distance. From Ms. Adams taking the original information to Mr. Stroh being so considerate of our special needs they were absolutely professional. Even keeping us informed with creative suggestions, allowing us choices in grab bar placement, etc. Most of all it looks fabulous! The prettiest I've seen. Very high quality. Thanks!

They did a very good job. I am very pleased with their work. They were on time and the price was very reasonable. They were very good at cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend them and use them again.

Overall a good experience. I had originally wanted a tub liner because the paint was peeling off. Because the steel bed in the old tub was too thin, the liner was not an option. I already knew how terribly expensive it could be to replace the tub and surround through other means, so this was an affordable alternative that I am so far very pleased with.

Ours looks great! The finish is like marble. The installation crew did a great job.

My experience with them was very satisfactory. The sales person was very knowledgeable and also he was very thorough. We felt very comfortable having them in our home. We were prepared to move on the project but the man was overly thorough and we had trouble speeding up the process.

They did an excellent job. The first man who came out was late and he was very apologetic. Apparently my order was messed up. I have an older home and he wasn t sure how to go about this, so he called another man to help. They did a beautiful job. I would use them again.

My experience with them was wonderful. They had good workers. I am pleased with the work that was done. I like their sales people. They are not pushy.

We had a estimate done several years ago and the price was around 2000 for the complete job. This year the price went up dramatically. The reasons given were the cost of gas and the fact that they now include the wall preparation and repair up front whereas they use to leave it as an "add-on" once the existing walls were exposed. Since most clients needed the additional work, it was better to have the cost up from. We were pleased with the fact that since they did not have a mold to match our exact tub, they replaced the tub at no additional charge. Overall, the job was professionally done, the work was quick and painless and when they were done, the tub and shower looked awesome. By far the best experience I have ever had with a contractor.

They were excellent. All customs gave me an estimate and they stayed the same. They came on time. I am completely satisfied with job.

Since I had 2 bathrooms I chose two successive Mondays to have the work done. Much to my surprise, only 1 man showed up on my first Monday, promptly at 7 a.m. (I was expecting at least 2 men, possibly 3.) He said more than 1 man trying to work in a small bathroom was counterproductive and then he got right to work. And a lot of work it was, especially in the bathroom that was getting a new tub. (Underneath my hideous pink surround was perfectly nice ceramic tile that also had to be removed, one chunk at a time.) To make a long story short, I had the same installer for both bathrooms, he finished each in a day just as promised and the results were just amazing. He did a beautiful job on both bathrooms. Although I wasn't expecting a flat rate price of $3990, at least I didn't have to worry about any surprises resulting in extra charges so I have absolutely NO regrets. (Note: Along with their new pricing structure they also now offer 12 months same as cash financing.)

These guys were outstanding and they did an outstanding job. The job is beautiful.

It looked very nice when complete. Took away all the debris.

Original installation was done 3/96. 1/03: water under liner was removed by owner himself. 1/07: Service call required a few calls to set up, but once the service manager responded, he completed the work within 2 days. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. The water was quickly removed and the edge re-grouted, free of charge. I was very pleased with his effort. The whole tub looks like new due to his recommendation of a product to refresh the shine.

These people know what they're doing and have a good product, as far as I can determine. Ben Stroh (Sales Representative) was knowledgeable and confident but not pushy and he had a wide array of reasonably-priced options to choose from, including tub and shower fixtures and all the normal accessories. He also made several useful suggestions designed to match our requirements even though they did not result in a higher cost to us. The installer was experienced and efficient and careful to make sure that the many steps involved were properly executed; the job took about 7-1/2 hours to complete, including clean-up, which was professionally done. I was impressed!

I was really satisfied with the work. They did the installation in one day as per their promise. This is probably the reason why they are a bit pricey.

Timely and clean, and he was efficient in the installation. He even made recommendations for considerations regarding the tub's alignment with the toilet. He considered the entire design of the room when making the installation.

I'm not sure if this is a good price or not. I have no standard for comparison. There are hardly any companies that do this. One of their claims to fame was that they could finish in a day. But, because my ceilings were too high, they had to come back for a second visit because they didn't have the right materials. The salesman evidently didn't make the proper notation for more materials. Make sure to remind the salesman that he needs to add it to the sales order. They did not charge extra for this.

THE INSTALLER SHOWED UP ON TIME AND DID THE WHOLE JOB IN ABOUT SIX HOURS. I HAD THE REST OF THE BATHROOM REMODELED THE WEEK BEFORE AND WAS AMAZED AT HOW WELL THE NEW SYSTEM WAS INTEGRATED INTO IT WITH NO DAMAGE DONE TO THE NEWLY FINISHED WALLS. BEAUTIFUL JOB.

I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW FAST SHAWN M. WORKED. HE WAS IN AT 7AM AND OUT BY 2PM AND DID ALL THE WORK HIMSELF. THE PRODUCTS THEY HAVE ARE EXTREMELY NICE, AND HE DID A FABULOUS JOB! CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF.

ALL PEOPLE FROM REBATH WERE POLITE AND EFFICIENT. THEY KNEW THEIR JOB (ONE SALESMAN ONE INSTALLER) AND DID IT.

THE TECHNICIAN THAT CAME OUT WAS FABULOUS. HE HAD A TOUGH TIME BECAUSE WE LIVE IN AN OLDER HOME AND THE WALLS ARE UNEVEN. HE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN COMING IN BACK TO CORRECT A COUPLE ISSUES. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

SAW ALL CUSTOM RE-BATH AT THE HOME IMPROVEMENT SHOW IN JANUARY AND REQUESTED AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. THE COMPANY CALLED A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER AND WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. BOB, THE ESTIMATOR, WAS ON TIME FOR OUR APPOINTMENT. HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PRODUCT AND OFFERED SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO FIX A LEAK PROBLEM. HE DID DETAILED MEASUREMENTS TO ENSURE PROPER FIT. HE TOLD US THAT IT WOULD TAKE ABOUT 6 WEEKS FOR THE LINER TO COME IN FROM THE FACTORY. THE INSTALLER CALLED WITHIN THE 6 WEEK TIMEFRAME TO SCHEDULE THE INSTALLATION. MIKE, THE INSTALLER, WAS ON TIME, POLITE, NEAT AND QUIET WHILE HE WAS WORKING. WHEN HE DID HAVE TO DO SOME POUNDING OR USE SOME EPOXY THAT HAD A VERY STRONG SMELL, HE TOLD ME FIRST. MIKE TOLD ME THE JOB WOULD TAKE ABOUT 8 HOURS, AND HE FINISHED RIGHT ON TIME. MIKE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ABOUT WHEN WE COULD USE THE TUB AND HOW TO CLEAN THE NEW LINER FOR BEST RESULTS.
