Description of Work: New shower stall installed. They had many more selections available than the others we had quote the job. Prices were fair and installation took one day, with removal of the old stall. Installer was on time and worked hard. He let us select the height we wanted for the shower head, and the safety bars. Sales people did not use heavy pressure like some of the competitors did. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Their salesman, Jim Boresh, was the key. He gave us a detailed description of everything and it's price. So there were no surprises. This is what brought us back to Re-Bath. The quality of the product is excellent and the work was done in less than one day. Everyone was polite and knew their job. The only problem, we had to wait over two months for the job to be done.

Description of Work: They came on time, did an inspection and gave us a detailed estimate. We signed with Rebath because they were the most thorough of the people who answered our call. We are waiting for them to do the job.

Description of Work: Repaired work on original installation. The wall covering had come loose. They ordered a new cover, installed it, re-glued the other walls, re-caulked the entire installation. Very nice job, we were a few days over the original labor warranty and they repaired everything for free!!

Description of Work: Re-bath installed walk-in shower 2/10; excellent work then. Two weeks ago (11/30) the two doors were partially knocked-off their track and the guide mechanism fully knocked-off as a reult of a fall. The two glass doors are now supported by one (each) upper "slider". A call was made the following morning to Cleveland (Oh) Re-bath and a work order placed. I was told a service technician would call the following day; no call made. The following day Re-bath was called again; no answer & message left. No response. This week Re-Bath was called. Was told they were backup on service calls, however our service request was active. Remainder of this week, no calls were received to schedule appointment. It is now the 3rd weekend after the accident. Will call again Monday 12/17 and update this complaint accordingly.

WE WERE TOLD THAT BECAUSE OUR PROBLEM WAS A CRACK IN THE SHOWER TILE OUR ORDER COULD BE ACCELERATED, HOWEVER WE WAITED EXACTLY SIX WEEKS BEFORE ANYONE CONTACTED US TO INSTALL THE PRODUCT. SECOND THE SALESMAN TOLD US THE WALL HAD TO BE REMOVED AND REPLACED WHICH WE AGREED WITH FOR A COST OF $200.00. HOWEVER WHEN INSTALLER CAME TO THE HOUSE, HE SIMPLY PUT UP THE SHOWER

+ -1 moreMEASURED AND RE-SURFACED TUB. HAVE DIFFERENT SYSTEM THAN JUST GLAZING. THEY ALSO GO UP THE WALL, AND DO WATERTIGHT SEAL. WORK IS GUARANTEED, and THEY HAVE REFERENCES YOU CAN CHECK WITH. THEY CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND CLEANED UP WELL.
