 + -1 moreThey did a very good job but It was a stressful process because the painter didn't know what to paint. We had to go back and forth about what should be painted, because the contract did not have details as to what should be painted. He ended up painting what the contractors said would be done after a lot of conversation. He did a very good job. The painter was sent out the next day after he finished painting to put the cabinets in. which were not put in straight. After talking to Stephanie, Michael, the cabinet person, came and corrected the problem. Everything looks good now.
Description of Work: Tok care of ice back up damage to the ceilings and walls, and painted.

 + 0 moreBasement was fully prepped and ready door reconstruction team, although another contractor was used for this purpose. All work by rainbow was well done and professionally handled. My only complaint was that it took them several days to begin the work. That said, there was large scale general flooding in the area, and I realize they were busy with earlier calls.
Description of Work: Had flooded basement. Did water mitigation, removed wet carpet, dried basement, removed ruined drywall, treated for mold and bacteria, did second mold treatment.

Description of Work: During a particularly bad snow freeze, our neighbor's pipes burst and flooded both of our condos. Rainbow sent a crew out that evening, despite being flooded with calls from other homeowners with the same problem. They were punctual, estimated accurately and everyone that entered my home was friendly and professional. I gladly recommend them, and God forbid, if it ever happens again, they'll be the first company I call!
