 + -1 moreTHE DRAINAGE IN MY YARD IS WORSE THAN BEFORE HE DID ANYTHING. HE HAS PROMISED REPEATEDLY OVER THE LAST THREE MONTHS THAT HE WOULD BE OUT TO FIX THE PROBLEM, BUT HE NEVER SHOWS UP. WHILE I WAS INITIALLY SOMEWHAT PLEASED WITH THE WORK HE DID, HIS LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS TO OUR PROBLEM HAS MADE ME FEEL LIKE WE WERE TAKEN FOR A RATHER EXPENSIVE RIDE.
