He gave me a lot of suggestions and information; it was helpful. He was punctual, he took his time, he was nice, and he seemed informed.

Excellent company with very good communication. I will continue to use their services in shutting down the system in the Fall and starting it again in the Spring. I highly recommend them.

I've used Quality Irrigation for many years. Each year they perform winterization services in the Fall and start up/repair service in the Spring. A few times I needed repairs during the watering season and they have always been very responsive, efficient and priced well. I had a need for an additional sprinkler head that my prior service told me would require a new zone and cost ALOT of money. Quality Irrigation was able to install the new sprinkler head on an existing zone for not much money. There are very responsive to e-mail or phone correspondence. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE (and I am a hard guy to please!).

I used them in the fall. I called them and they were readily available. We already have an irrigation system installed in the house and the prior owner had a contract with another company and I wasn t happy with them. They had a schedule for each area and the person from the company was coming in early fall, but I didn t realize that and by the time I called he was no longer coming out this way. I was trying to make him come and shut down the system before winter, but he never returned my calls and that s when I began to look for another company. When I called Quality Irrigation they responded quickly which really impressed me. The guys who came out were professional and checked out all the outlets and used some tools to drain it and secured it for the winter. I wasn t a customer as they had contract customers and I was impressed that they responded so fast in such a short notice. The price was reasonable.

The person who answered the call was cordial and indicated that this kind of repair could be done reasonably soon. No promises on timing were made, but the person thought the repair could be done within a week or two. Within a week and a half, the repair was done (which was within my window of acceptability). When the person arrived to do the repair, he said hello but went right to work. He found and repaired the broken line quickly.

I e-mailed the owner Chuck Martin/Quality Irrigation and he promptly e-mailed me back with the information I requested concerning servicing my sprinkler system. He offered to come to my house (free of charge) to take a look at my system. I found him to be friendly, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. Approximately 1 week later Chuck Martin and his 2 employees came to my house to turn my sprinkler system on. A spray head had to be replaced and a box added. I was very pleased with his service.
