Quality Irrigation reached out to me almost immediately after purchasing the Big Deal. They informed me what was needed to be done before their arrival. When they came to winterize the system, they did exactly what they said they would do.

Called and spoke with Chuck about scheduling my fall sprinkler maintenance. Chuck was able to put me on the schedule quickly and his guys showed up on the day they were scheduled. Quickly completed my job without any problems. I have used Quality Irrigation for several years for my spring and fall sprinkler maintenance. Always responsive and punctual.

We purchased an Angie's Deal for sprinkler winterization from Quality Irrigation. My husband called an hour later to schedule. The gentleman said that he would send out his techs to the west side sometime the next week. (QI is located in Highland Hts.) We did not need to be home, but needed to turn off the water valve on the inside. We have lived in this home less than a year, so we were skeptical that the winterization would be done properly or all the zones would be found without access to the sprinkler control panel. Fortunately, QI showed up a week from when we bought the Deal and my husband was home. The two guys who came to our house were very nice, friendly, and knowledgable. They explained everything that they were doing. One guy said it is easier to winterize when they have access to the control panel since we and they could not find the control panel that is supposedly buried outside. We are happy with their service and will use them in the future.

The work performed by Quality Irrigation was beyond my expectations from start to finish. Not only did Chuck stay in constant communication and address any questions I had immediately, but he and his workers did a flawless job with returning my front yard to a condition where I could not even tell that work had been performed. I would HIGHLY recommend Quality Irrigation and look forward to giving them my repeat business.

Owner emailed promptly after purchase of big deal from Angie's list. Once we confirmed water shut off, he had a crew out the same week. The crew was fast and efficient to shut down our system for winter. They had the best price BY FAR for our system winterization since he have 11 zones. Most other places were in the range of $75-100. Good value for the service.

Chuck was very responsive and provided the estimate quickly. In the end we decided to hire a different company based on the type of system to be installed. I think Chuck likely would have installed any system we wanted, but we had a very quick timeline and I didn't have time to research options, just went with the one that presented the system we wanted.

I made an appointment. They showed up on the agreed date. Reviewed the whole property (which is large), found all the sprinkler heads and exposed them. Did several "runs" and replaced problem heads and re-positioned them. Reset the automatic timer. Everything they did was explained to me as they went along. It was easy, fast, and very efficient.

Excellent experience on all counts with Chuck Martin and Quality Irrigation. Quick response to our call - Chuck came out to look at the property, spoke with us about what we wanted and had an estimate to us all in a week's time. He explained what he felt was the best layout of the system (without a heavy sales pitch), which types of sprinkler heads worked best in each area and answered all of our questions. Top-quality parts used. Professional crew, installation took half a day and everything works great. They re-seeded any areas where digging had occurred, and did a thorough clean-up. Chuck even took the time to go over all the different settings on the control panel with us. His price was $1,000 less than a bid we received from another company. (A third company never returned our phone calls.) Our highest recommendation for Chuck Martin and Quality Irrigation.

After they completed the repair is where things got interesting and truly exercise in professionalism. when making a final adjustment one of the hoses on my control unit was broken. it could not be repaired and a replacement would be necessary. I was advised that he, the owner, would check about finding another of my unit but that it would unlikely that he would find it. He would probably need to order and install an entirely new system thereby upgrading my sprinkler system.. He told me that this was his fault and that either way there would be no cost to me. He was true to his word. 3 weeks later he was back the upgraded unit. NO CHARGE! Here is the part that I really felt bad about. I went to the base ment 2 weeks later and found that the system leaked, drop by drop. He came back and replaced it again, Of course the original unit was under warranty but he only got paid from me from me for the cost of the inital turnon and repair. He never asked for and would not accept an additional dollar.

I ordered an Angie's List Coupon for $75.00 for a full Sprinkler Tune-up . When Quality Irrigation called to set up theappointment I advised them that there were leaks in the system and more time would be needed when the crewcame to my house. Appointment was set and they came on time. Chuck is highly professional and address all myfears and what I wanted done to the old system and what I did not want done. He does what the home owners wantand is not pushy . A truly nice experience.

They seemed to have done a pretty good job. Sprinkle systems were always a bit of a difficult problem because I have to use them awhile to see if they were actually covering things that need to be covered. There were few things I want to get them to change. I would not say that it was because of any fault of theirs because of the circum general difficulty that I do not know what I am getting into unless I used it for a while. They were very responsive when I called them to shut the system down. I had to do it twice. They probably charged me $50.00 for this each time. They were very good. They were very punctual and professional. They did good work. I was very happy with them.

Used the Angie's List Deal to select Quality Irrigation. When I called to schedule the sprinkler shutoff Chuck happened to have an opening the same day. The sprinkler system was in the house before we moved in. He was able to rapidly find all the valves and pipes needed, and showed me where and how things were controlled. When we moved in I just had unplugged the control box due to all the rain this year. Chuck gave me a quick intro to sprinkler systems while he was pumping all the extra water out of the pipes. Quality Irrigation will definitely be the company my family uses going onwards.

I call Quality Irrigation and spoke to Chuck directly. He was very courteous on the phone. We discussed what was happening to my sprinkler system. And then we made the appointment. He seemed very knowledgable and experienced just from our conversation. A crew of 4 guys showed up, and on time. Chuck was one of the four. They tested each sprinkler head and the pressure. It seems just as we thought, there is a low pressure coming through the lines. He was right on with that. Some of the sprinkler heads were either not working correctly or broke under ground. They proceeded to check every head about 12-14, and repleaced only what needed to be replaced, and adjusted what didn't. They finished in the time they esitmated, and cleaned up all the mess. My sprinkler system is now working great. Chuck even fixed a drip from the pipe of the octopus like system located in the basement. The price was as expected, and no hard pressure sales for anything, no surprises. They did a great job. And I will be referring them to my neighbors and friends. I will also be calling them for regular routine maintenance, so the system doesn't get as bad as it was before I called them.

The guy who did the work was very good. I spent $2300 for their service. The job went very well. I was very pleased with them. They had a good price compared to the other people. We don’t have a huge yard. The reason why we had the sprinkler system installed is because we replaced our lawn and we put seeds in. What was kind of impressive about them is that they pulled up in a truck and a trailer with about six guys. They put the whole thing up in two hours and hooked everything up to the sprinkler. They had a plumber who came to do the plumbing about a week before. Everything was done very quickly and it was very professional. They have been out whenever I have called them. I have had no problems with them. I recommended them to a neighbor and my neighbor used them as well. They are not a huge company, but they have got enough staff. Mark is the guy who gave me the system. The company is owned by two brothers. Everybody knows what they are supposed to do and there is no looking around. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

When I called and made an appointment, I was told it would be about 1.5 weeks before the work could be done. The work was done 2.5 weeks from then. The crew from Quality Irrigation was very thorough and professional in examining the entire sprinkler system, adjusting spray from heads and making repairs where needed. Four small sprinkler heads were replaced and a leak in one line was fixed. A bill for services was not presented at completion of the work, but was mailed to me one week later. I thought the cost was reasonable for the work done. I plan to call this company again when the sprinkler system needs service.

Easy to contact via Angies List; however, company was not responsive when I tried to arrange for an appointment. I was very persistent and once I had an appointment everything went very smoothly.

Hired on special for Spring start up. I knew there were leaks in system. They checked all of the spinkler heads in 10 zones and found 9 heads with leaks which they replaced. They adjusted other spinklers that were out of alignment. The three men worked as team covering the yard and system thoroughly. I am very happy with the work that they did and would recommend them to others. The price was fair.
