Description of Work: Winterization of sprinkler system. Responded promptly and delivered service as expected.

Description of Work: Quality Irrigation winterized my sprinkler system. Incidentally I had a leak at the end of the season. Quality Irrigation identified the leak and told me about the repairs that would be needed in the spring. I will most likely have quality irrigation back to complete the repairs. They provide good service at a fair price.

Description of Work: In addition to winterizing our sprinkler heads, which was a service that we'd purchase via a Big Deal, they also replased a broken valve that had been allowing water to run non-stop in an underground tube, which we learned about after seeing our exceedinly high water and sewer bills. Quality Irrigation also helped us complete the needed paperwork that we had to submit to recover some of the expense of the water and sewer bills. We're just waiting for the water company to process our returns now.

They worked really hard, fixed the sprinkler problems, and on top of that they performed an additional work, but they did not charge for it, they only charged for the work they originally quoted. I was impressed and I would definitely call them every time I need work to be done on my sprinkler system. A+

Tuned it up, repaired some areas, taught me how to use it, and set me up for the season. I will have Quality back in the fall for winter prep. They work hard, fast, and efficiently. Nice people too.

Description of Work: I purchased the deal from Angie's list, relying completely on the reviews from rigor customers. Chuck was quick to respond via email to schedule a time he could complete the winterization. To make a very long story short, chuck and his team came out three different times. Turned out that one of my exterior pipes was about to split. He recommended a plumber who was prompt in addressing the problem. Chuck went above and beyond to complete this service. He came out three times because I neglected to turn the water off. He did not charge extra for my mistake and was very prompt in returning. I highly recommend him!
