My husband and I purchased an awning for a backyard deck, to be placed above the patio door. The awning we purchased thru Amazon. While looking for an installer on Angi we found PRZ Builders. We called Chris, set up an appointment for a quote. We found Chris to be professional, personable and knowledgeable. Because of storms that kept building on northeast Ohio, it took a few days longer than anticipated for installation. Chris and his crew showed up on time with a wonderful attitude and ready to work. When the installation was complete all work areas were clear of debris and any moving of outdoor furniture was placed back. Chris returned the next day to do a final inspection of his crew's work and address any last minute questions. I do not hesitate to recommend PRZ Builders to my family. They deserve 5 stars!

My wife and I were very impressed with Chris and his crew. We had a master bath added, wood floors refinished, porch railing fabricated and installed, basement windows replaced, closet added to guest room, office finished in basement, porch insulated, lighting added, replaced 2 exterior doors and full interior painted. Chris was professional and easy to work with. The workmanship was beautiful. We have and will recommend him to anyone looking for work on their homes.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I HAD A CONVERSATION WITH CHRIS, SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE NEXT WEEK TO VIEW THE KITCHEN PROJECT AND PROVIDE A QUOTE. IN THE AFTERNOON OF THE SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT DAY I TEXTED TO CONFIRM APPOINTMENT AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. 15 MIN AFTER APPOINTMENT WAS SET I LEFT A MESSAGE ON HIS CELL PHONE INQUIRING IF HE WAS PLANNING ON COMING OR NOT AND RECEIVED NO REPLY. THREE DAYS LATER STILL NO COMMUNICATION. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. IF HE WAS NOT INTERESTED IN THE JOB HE SHOULD HAVE STATED THAT. I WANT TO WORK WITH PROFESSIONAL CONTRACTORS.

Chris did an excellent job repairing our garage roof> It looks like a brand new roof and he went above and beyond the call of duty in his repairs. In fact we are having him return in 2 weeks to side the garage

After seeing many positive Angie's List reviews, called Chris and requested an estimate to replace rotted wood siding on house. Chris came out within a few days of my call and, a few days later, provided an estimate. We were heading out of town on vacation within a week of getting the estimate - I asked that Chris fit us into his schedule and he was able to do so (very accommodating). A contract was signed, deposit provided and a date was scheduled. Chris and his helper arrived on time on the day the work was to be completed - they did an excellent job and we were thrilled with the result. As part of the original estimate, I only requested that part of the siding be replaced. The replaced siding looked so good that I asked for an estimate to have the rest of the siding replaced. In addition, there was a small area on another side of the house that needed repair due to a hole created by a woodpecker. Again, Chris provided an estimate, a contract was signed and the work was scheduled. Again, the work was completed to our satisfaction. All scrap wood was cut and hauled away. Leftover siding was wrapped in plastic and placed in a location of my choosing. Overall, Chris was very easy to work with, always answered calls/texts promptly and was very helpful. The work that was done was top notch and I would not hesitate to use him again for other carpentry needs.

This company is far better than any other construction company I have used in the past. Chris was very flexible to changes and what I call emergencies as they appeared. There were several challenges as work progressed and he never once said no or gave up. The final product was delivered on time and done in a very professional manner. His subcontractors were professional and very helpful. I cannot tell you how happy I am with the company and the outcome. I highly recommend PRZ Builders and will use them in the future for other projects. Thanks for a job WELL DONE!!!!

He showed up on time. During the repair we recognized the existing cable was not suitable so he ran to Home Depot and got a new length of wire cable. Installation, repair and testing went very smoothly.
