The installer seemed very experienced with not only the system he was installing but he was very well versed as far as where I should place my cameras. The installation went quite smooth, he arrived at the time we scheduled and it took a little less than the time we allotted. The cameras went up, he installed the DVR and then showed me how to use it. He made sure I was comfortable with the navigation of the app as well. I feel a huge sense of security and well being just knowing I can look at my phone any time of day or night and see all of my cameras. I can play back into the weeks behind due to the DVR storage, and I have even been able to help the police with a theft. I live in an urban/city neighborhood and I don't think I could live without my cameras and monitoring system.
