The gentleman were quick, very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me and made sure I was comfortable before they left.

We waited for years to decide on putting and a new TV and entertainment system today within a couple of hours our system and TV were installed nothing but professionalism. They even helped me bring a cabinet into the house and placed it perfectly. I could not have done any of this without them and for the money that it cost us we are sure to recommend them to everyone we know.

The services performed and received by Provision Smart Security were terrific. The television, soundbar, and electric fireplace were all wall mounted and look great. The cords were hidden, and when it didn't make sense to pay the additional cost to conceal the wires for the fireplace, they contacted me first, to get my opinion, as I was not home during the installation process. They even hid the cords of a wall mount from a previous company. Professional, ethical, and great accountability.

I purchased a tv from Sam’s Club. Their installers wanted $299 to wall mount the tv but they refused to take down the one that was already mounted. They did the entire job and mounted a sound bar for far less. I owe these guys and i’m A customer for life!

From the first initial conversation I felt at ease trusting their knowledge. They did not fast talk me or give reasons why the price may change or some other things I heard elsewhere. They called ahead of time to let me know they would be on time and they where. I have never had a tv mounted and did not know what to expect. To me the job seemed very tedious. Something that if it where my job it would of frustrated me but they took it on like professionals. They worked hard, was very precise and made every adjustment to make sure it looked right. Even when I thought they where done they pulled out a measuring tape and made sure it was right. Perfectionist! The price was great compared to other companies. Their character and care made me very comfortable. I could go on and on raving about the many good things to say about them but this would turn into a book. So I will say I AM VERY HAPPY I MADE THE DESCISION TO GO WITH PROVISION AND YOU WILL BE TOO! THANK YOU TO BOTH GUYS!!! YOU 2 ARE AMAZING! On time and they did good work.

Excellent work in mounting a 75" Television above fireplace on a stone wall

Jeff could not do above fire place because he had to drill thorough few studs for power and they don't do horizontal drilling. It needs special equipment. Jeff did great job in the basement since outlet was perfectly positioned in the center of wall and between two studs. Jeff was very friendly and very reasonable and great fast service. Also Jeff was very punctual about service arrival time. He came exactly on time which was very important to us.

lThe two fellows that came, one named Jeff did an outstanding job of hooking up our TV ears. they had to figure out how to get sound to both the ears and room at same time. Fantastic job.
