Description of Work: Protect a Cote resurfaced my driveway. We have a large driveway, so I looked at multiple providers to get a good idea of price and actual work that would be done. Protect a Cote beat the others on all fronts. I had some low spots that held water and was concerned about drainage. The owner, Fred, called me after looking at it and provided some insight into ways to improve the drainage and took the time to explain his thinking to me before completing the work. They came as scheduled, finished in a day with no mess, and my driveway looks spectacular. I was very pleased with the thickness of the resurface. It made an incredible difference in not just the look, but the drainage as well. I am and continue to be very pleased.

Description of Work: They sealed my driveway. I have used them before and the work and price was good. The only issue I have with Protect-A-Coat was that I had to call several times to get an appointment scheduled.

Description of Work: I have used the services of Protect a Cote before and was satisfied with the company, although they rarely return phone calls. I was prepared to use them again for a seal coat of my driveway. After I purchased the coupon I called them, and was told I could not use the coupon for a seal coat. It was only for a refinishing. I told them i would cancel the coupon. They said o.k.

Description of Work: The company replaced my asphalt driveway. See my full report .Too sum up this contractor should be avoided at all costs. My new asphalt driveway still has problems with surfaces crumbling in two spots,areas that Protect-A-Cote supposedly repaired. The front of my drive is fine.but near the garage door are the areas where the asphalt stones keep coming off my drive. Mr Wyman, the owner, has shown little interest in fixing the poor job he did at my house in Shaker Heights. Please avoid this contractor! Gary Posner
