 + -1 moreThey showed up and waited around for half an hour. Use of their cell phone was where most of the time went. They did measurements and then got back on the cell phone. After all this they told me they did not come prepared to do the job. I had to take off work. I had to put animals in a room. This stressed them out. It was a complete waste of my time. Professional Carpet and Furniture Cleaning merged with another company, under a new company name. I used them last year and they received all A's. Their service has gone down since.
Description of Work: They came and cleaned carpet in half the house.

 + -1 moreEXTREMELY CONSCIENTIOUS EMPLOYEES WHO WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO ENSURE ALL AREAS WERE CAREFULLY CLEANED DUE TO HOME OWNER''S ALLERGIES. TWO MEN WORKED EFFICIENTLY AND TIMELY TO COMPLETE 8 ROOMS IN 2 HOURS. ONE ROOM INITIALLY NOT REQUESTED TO BE CLEANED WAS ADDED TO THE ORDER WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND NO CHARGE WAS ASSESSED.
Description of Work: ALL CARPETED AREAS IN HOUSE PILE GROOMED (REMOVAL OF PET HAIR) AND STEAMED CLEANED.
