guy called when i was to meet him to ask me if it was an apartment complex. didnt even have the correct address. after looking at job was told he would get me the estimate within a few days. didnt get it. followed up & first time didnt even get a response. when I said he shouldve just said he wasnt interested in the job, he apologized & claimed my message had been overlooked. the second time i tried he claimed he had sent it earlier & it ws probably in my spam but would resend it later that day. never got the estimate. never followed up to make sure i got it this time. not gonna chase someone just to get an estimate . . . its usually not a good indicator for what will happen if you acutually decide to hire them. beyond disappointing & complete waste of my time that i didnt have to waste.
