Premium Air Solutions was on time, professional and clean. Home Advisor on the other hand has some serious issues on their customer service platform. They called multiple times with the wrong dates, even after the the appointment had occurred. Premium handled it all and rocked it!

I highly recommend this company. I first hired them to clean and repair our gutters, which was excellently done. I then called them back to finish another company's work. This too was excellently taken care of, quickly, most efficiently, and at a great price. I am very grateful to Home Ad visor for putting me in contact with this company. I have scheduled them yearly, for our gutter cleaning and any needed repair.

The cleaners arrived on time, walked through the house to strategize their work and got started promptly. Hour and a half later they were done and on their way. The technicians asked if I wanted my furnace also to be cleaned, and I said yes. A couple of weeks after the cleaning, our furnace needed repaired, and the furnace technician said there was no sign that our furnace had been cleaned. I felt duped and was charged for a service I did not receive.

Very professional & friendly. Called ahead to confirm appointment the day before and when in route to our home. Would recommend in the future.

First, two random guys showed up at our door while I was at work. No uniforms, no markings on the van, no indication who they might be. My wife called me concerned she was going to end up on a Criminal Minds episode. I frantically called family members to see if they could go to my house, I wish my wife had turned them away at the door. The service was ridiculous. I was told they would be cleaning my entire heating system. My wife said all they did was vacuum as far as their arm reached down our vents. I have a shop vac, I needed you to vacuum the returns to and from the furnace. Wasted my time, money, and scared the crap out of my wife. Lesson learned. Never again.

They work ethics were outstanding. I am very, very PLEASED
