Paul did a wonderful job! Helped us get the product that was right for us without overspending. He was genuine, efficient and provided excellent service. He even took the extra step to set up our new garage door door app and tested everything before leaving.

Anthony knows garage doors and advised me on safety issues which I had not anticipated. He arrived on time and well equipped to replace lift cables and rollers on my 50-year old wooden door which could not be raised manually. The door raises and lowers more quietly than it has in the past 20 years, and the door opener is not working nearly as hard as it had been. I am very satisfied with Anthony's prompt and expert service. I would recommend Anthony and Precision Door to anyone who needs repairs or is in the market for a new door installation.

This is a fantastic company. The receptionist who answered the phone was friendly and personable. I would put her on my payroll any day. She said a technician would arrive within 1-2 hours. Bill, the service technician arrived 40 minutes later. He was friendly, personable, and knew what he was doing. Problem resolved. Over all, an excellent experience, better than the first company I called who was a no-show.

The Garage door is unique every nice and the belt drive opener is so quiet it's wonderful. The only thing I am disappointed in is that I can't load the app on my phone Precision was to call me to give me help but they never did.
