I asked for my garage door opener to be repaired. The tech gave a ridiculously high quote to repair it and wouldn't guarantee the repair would last. Since I had limited time to get this job completed I agreed to a new opener to be installed for $549.00. He installed the opener in about an hour and gave me a bill for $614.00. He said the extra $65.00 was for the service call. Really!! I think they have no intention on repairing anything - they're just put to sell overpriced openers. Google the price of having an opener installed = $200.00 - $400.00. Don't believe the ratings on their website. They are filtered because the review I gave them never showed up there.

The technician Bill A. explained our options and made a second visit when I expressed concerns about the surface that the door would rest on. He was very courteous and professional. The installer, Ryan, was very courteous and professional as well and kindly moved the window panel from the top to second from top position when we asked him to. The door and seal looks great.

The technician I had was very through and explained what I needed and why. His name is Zee. I would ask for him if I ever need any further work.

this started out to be, replace opener. the coil spring was old and the rollers needed to be replaced also, and then when the opener quit completely we replaced that too.... So i would say when you take on a project be sure you find out as much as you can so there is no surprises.... this was all explained before starting the work, Good Job!!

Poor quality, they are not honest, they were not able to do what they told me at phone. It was supposed that they sent my the warranty by e-mail, and even I sent them several e-mails, I got nothing so far. Be very careful to empoly this company.

They came in took down the old door and put in the new door and motor and took away the old door and motor and cleaned up the area. Fast and efficient.
