I had Precision Door replace my 40 yr old garage door and replace the opener. The technician came in on his day off as I needed the job done quickly. He installed both in about 4.5 hours and did an excellent job, cleaned-up, and then ran through the features of the door opener. I bought the opener myself and had it installed as it was less expensive way to go. Everything has been working great since it was installed 4 weeks ago. Couldn't be more satisfied. Would hire again.

I feel this contractor is predatory in nature. I spent over $400 to replace a broken main spring. Within 2 months after the warranty expired, I noticed that the motor was straining as the main spring had broken. The motor burned out and had to be replaced for $750. Only after the system was installed were we informed that the Homelink in our 2013 cars would not work unless we purchased a $50 repeater. 4 months later, the garage door would not close and we were informed that there would be $65 service fee. The cause of the problem was the safety sensor had been bumped out of alignment which was $39 charge not under warranty. When I was told that this was such a common problem that they made covers to prevent such a problem which they would install for $25 a piece. If you wish to overspend for a garage door opening system and continue to spend money on your new expensive system, this company is for you.

The Installer was professional. He said it would take 1 hour and it did. In and out very quick. Highly recommended.

They cheated me. Sold me things I didn't need, told me the opener need replacing when it was only a broken wire to the sensor when something is in the way. replaced a hinge with the wrong size one so now the door does not seal right. originally quoted me 780 to fix door off the track but would give me a discount of $80 off. so i signed a contract for $700. after the work was done. I then was told the opener was no good and needed to be replaced. he would have to come back the next day to replace it. He then quoted me it would be another $700 for a new opener, would give me another discount o$50 if signed . Like an idiot I then signed a new contract for a total of $1350. The next mourning my son and I looked at the door, and quickly discovered the sensor that prevents the door from closing when something is in the way. Only had a light on one side, we found a break in the wire. we fixed the break and the opener works perfectly. I called the company to cancel the new opener. expecting to pay for the original contract. After 2weeks of trying to get this corrected they say both discounts were both void because i didn't fa-fill the whole contract. now charging me $780 when the contract was for $700. they say they have to talk to the installer. now a month later I am still overcharged. The hinge they installed is still not right.
