Awesome service by the Rep!!! He explained to me what was wrong with my door, and what needed to be done. He also told me how long that it would take to do the job and, he even called to say he could come early.

The technician was very good about explaining the problem, and gave three alternatives to solve the problem. Upon discussing the solutions, I was not feeling pressured into picking any one solution. It was totally up to me. He installed a completely new garage door opener system. I am very happy with the work that was done. The old system was very old, and definitely needed replaced. It is now like night and day.... The new system works perfectly, and also is very quiet (unlike the old one before its end of its useful life). I would recommend this company.
