 + -1 moreTHEY NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS TO CHECK ON IT. I BOUGHT MY MACHINE FROM THEM WHEN I TOOK MY (VERY) OLD MACHINE TO THEM FOR REPAIR. MAKES ME WONDER IF IT WAS REALLY TOO OLD TO FIX!
Description of Work: I took my sewing machine to them for repair. They said it could not be repaired, & that I should trade it in & buy a new one from them. I took the machine elsewhere, & it was easily & cheaply repaired.

 + -1 moreTHE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND SUGGESTED A TUNE-UP. THEY ALSO AGREED TO CALL IF ANYTHING ELSE WAS WRONG, SO I COULD DECIDE WHETHER IT WAS WORTH THE REPAIR. IN THE END ALL IT NEEDED WAS THE TUNE-UP AND ITS BEEN FINE SINCE. THE STAFF EVEN REMEMBERED ME WHEN I CAME TO PICK IT UP.
Description of Work: I WAS HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MY SEWING MACHINE, SO I TOOK IT THERE TO SEE IF THEY KNEW WHAT WAS WRONG.
