I had a great experience with Pinpoint Painting. They were very prompt and professional throughout the entire process. Michelle came over to provide a quote for the work. A few days later she came back for a color consult so that I could finalize the colors I wanted to use. The painter was then able to start the job less than a week later. Everything looked great, however when the job was done I did notice a couple of small spots that needed to be touched up. I reached back out to Pinpoint Painting and they sent the painter back out right away to take care of it. I would use them again for all of my future painting needs

It was great, nice guys, very neat, cleaned up everything, they were on time and in just 3 days they had everything done. I'm having them back to stain my kitchen cabinets in a couple weeks!

I'm not sure that this company did the job but in case this was the company, I'm answering this e mail. They came right when they said they would. They were professional yet very friendly. They did a great job. I would hire them again for sure.

Pinpoint Paint aims to please in every respect. Our house is a hundred-year-old stucco dwelling with dozens of small window panes and the stucco had ivy tracks and cracks, large double-layered arch windows and columns. To complicate it even more we had a five-color paint scheme for the house making the job somewhat complex. Besides the impeccable attention to detail, their approach and planning was perfectly sequenced and timed. They listened intently to understand our vision for the finished product and transformed that into a reality we are completely happy with. Pinpoint Painting is completely oriented on customer satisfaction.

They did a beautiful job. My neighbors are coming to me telling me how beautiful my house look. Highly recommend.

All Pinpoint personnel were professional and polite. The work was done very carefully and cleanup was thorough. All deadlines were met and we couldn't be happier with the work. The owner took the time to answer our questions and provide helpful advice.

Fast estimate process and pricing was a bit less than other estimates i got. Michelle was very helpful and helped us decide on a color. Scheduling took some time due to rain, but Doug, the owner, was in touch weekly with updates, which were appreciated. The crew that did the work was friendly and all was done to our satisfaction.

They had one unique feature which was having a color consultant which helped since I wasn't sure what color to choose. There were initial problems with scheduling but overall the work seems to be looking pretty great. I would hire them again.

Pin Point assessed the job, quoted me and we scheduled. The rain pushed back the original date but that's understandable. They stayed in contact with dates. The guys scraped and shaded the effected areas and sprayed the new paint. Looks brand new.

All very professional. A few issues because barns had been previously stained. Owner and associates corrected problems in a very timely manner. A quality company that stands by their word and wants to ensure the customer is completely satisfied. We would recommend and hire them in the future.

The two-man crew did an excellent job. There was some wood rot in a corner of the house around the soffits, and they repaired it all before proceeding with the painting. They also re-caulked all the trim and repaired sections of the cedar shingles. The house now looks brand new. I have no complaints, and would hire Pinpoint again if needed.

All aspects of the work were done professionally. We had our deck/ramp power washed and stained with a solid color stain. We were kept well informed regarding timing and received a lot of assistance in choosing a method for staining. The work was done professionally, promptly, and to our specifications. All employees from the owner to the painters themselves were pleasant, polite, and very professional. The ramp looks beautiful. They provide a warranty and even a free "touch up" service. Work was done quickly and quietly and clean-up was thorough.

Challenging project but did an awesome job. My second time to use them. Great work.

I am actually using them next week to do some more trim work. Two people came to paint the trim. It took one day to complete the service. There have been no problems with the painting.

Amazing. Doug was punctual and the work was scheduled almost immediately. The 2 painters worked for 7 days straight and finished the whole house in that amount of time. They cleaned up perfectly and the house looks amazing. Additionally they have a modern and easy to use payment system. The value for what we paid for the service was completely worth it. The owners contacted me immediately after my first contact. They came out promptly and provided me with a very professional exterior staining estimate. Their price was competitive if not slightly less than other quotes. They were able to schedule the job fairly quickly and despite weather obstacles, complete the job much faster than expected. The crew was excellent and did great prep and clean up. They were extremely conscience about clean up and preventing overspray or spills. I would highly recommend them.

Salesperson and owner were very professional and helpful. They were immediately responsive when we had questions. The painters were very considerate and did an excellent job. They did a great job cleaning up the premises after work. We are very satisfied and plan to hire Pinpoint again if we need other exterior or interior paint jobs.

Doug Rhamy and his partner Zach have a great business model and ethics that every company should have.The painters were knowledgable ,considerate and true professionals.Neither one was pulled off the interior job of 7 days.The same was true for the exterior painters as well. One of the exterior painters found a problem with my roof, and the company said they would touch up after the roofing is repaired.Truly wonderful.

We are very happy with their work. They have painted our garage door and various rooms in our houses. They show up on time and finish on time and I thought their quotes would be a lot higher than they are.

I felt comfortable with them in my home and I was very pleased with their work. Doug, the owner, was really helpful and worked with me. The other workers were cordial as well. They maintained a clean work space and I will definitely use them again

They were okay. I probably wouldn't use them again. The guy that came and told us all about them was very nice. The painters were okay. We had to call them to come back, they had forgotten their painting stuff. What they did was fine. They should have checked and made sure that everything was painted before they left. It was a really hot day. I think they just wanted to get out of here.
