+ -1 moreThe description of the neighborhood and sight was incorrect (all of the land wasn't included). The zoning was incorrect, the description of improvements was incorrect. He used comparable sales that weren't comparable. He didn't report the previous sales history of the comparables in the report. He appraised it for less than what the tax value was. He said he would reconsider it and then he never followed up or called me back.
Description of Work: Mark Casey appraised an investment property of mine.
