I recently hired Perfectos for asbestos abatement in my home, and it was a disaster from start to finish. The workers did not wear protective clothing and failed to cover the floor of a bedroom as promised. They left behind a glove, indicating their carelessness. Despite the owners assurances of a thorough job, their work was shoddy at best. They also charged me for an air test that turned out to be fake. I ultimately had to hire another company to properly clean the area. I would not recommend Perfectos to anyone seeking professional asbestos removal services. Proper supervision by the owner could have made a significant difference.

Awesomeness - Dilante Moore and his friendly crew arrived on time and immediately started the abatement process steps to remove several square feet of 9x9 asbestos gray color tiles in the basement of my daughters recently purchased home that was built in the year 1946 (The tiles were hidden under carpet and was not disclosed before the house was purchased). The job entailed complete removal of all asbestos tiles and black mastic adhesive. Five hours elapsed and 'No more tiles' :) All concrete surface revealed and the air quality check by the lab came back negative - all Clear. Afterwards, Dilante and his crew cleaned the area of all debris and even dust on surfaces prior to the abatement process. Dilante was kind to check a few other areas of the house such as the attic and kitchen vinyl flooring, which the latter might contain asbestos fibers. Another test will determine whether Dilante returns for another round of asbestos mitigation. Much appreciated team Perfectos.

The entire team was nice and polite throughout the job. They completed the job in a day and a half. I was impressed at how swiftly they ripped out the old ceiling and floor tiles. They even cleaned up nicely after and took all the debris with them which was a huge plus!

I was in a position w/ tenants afraid of what looked like asbestos. Dilante just jumped in, took a sample and confirmed w/ supporting documents within 48 hrs it wasn't asbestos. Dilante is very responsive and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended.

Perfectos came out within 30 minutes of my request - FAST! They are extremely professional and knowledgeable. We are waiting for results of our asbestos testing. If we have to have abatement and removal I wouldn't go anywhere else as they've already proven to me that they are reliable , respectful and serious about their business and helping us in the most efficient manner.
