Perfect Touch Painting & Powerwashing

Can't remember much but I believe painted instead of stained and I didn't like the results as much

They were great. They were polite, punctual and the cost was good. I have no complaints.

It went well, but I wasn't happy with his repsonsiveness - it took me 2 weeks to track him down. I was also really unhappy with this "deal" as it was a total bait and switch. The $250 coupon only covered half my small deck - so I was forced to spend another $200 to get this project done. I like the result, but I'm annoyed that this deal wasn't a deal at all.

I purchased the deck power washing special and added stain to the job. The deck looked brand new after the washing. Now that the stain has been applied it looks fantastic. He also did a wooden glider I have on my deck as well. Very satisfied with the end result!

They powerwashed a bunch of decks during rainy weather and then planned to come back and treat on a dry day. I was okay with that, but 2 weeks later, when they did come back, my deck was dirty again from my awning and trees and my husband was asked to clean it before them came. So, he had to remove everything, sweep it and hose it down. Extra work for us that I was not overly excited about. The job they did was good other than that so I would recommend them. I would suggest they try and plan things out better when they have these offers since I am sure they were bombarded with customers since the price was reasonable. But, I do appreciate the good job that they ultimately did.

I called Perfect Touch Painting and Powerwashing on May 13, 2014 and left a detailed message as to the services needed (sun deck cleaning and staining). To date, May 22, 2014, I have not received a return phone call. I would not want one at this point.

The big deal cost $199.00, but the service provider said that the extra footage of my deck would cost an extra $270. At this point I cannot afford this added cost.

He told me it would be an extra $270 to get the work done I needed. This is just isn't a price I can afford.

They didn't stand out in any way. The end result wasn't as good or as neat as I would have liked.

He was in time clean and professional. Highly recommend.

I have waited a couple of years before sending in a review for Perfect Touch Painting because I wanted to see how well the deck stain held up over time. I have had jobs done by other companies but this one is far superior to any other job I have had done so far. The price is more expensive but the result is excellent and in this case, you get what you pay for. He used premium stain and was very concientious and professional in the way he went about his work. I can now say I highly recommend Perfect Touch Painting!

Pressure washed my large back deck. Showed up early, did a great job at a reasonable cost. Will use next year!

This service was provided last fall. We were very displeased with the job, but never got around to writing a review. I am writing now because of how poorly the stain that was applied to the deck held up since then and over this summer. It has faded terribly. After the job was done last fall, we contacted the owner because promised work was not completed, replacing several wood panels on the back of the garage that were rotted and broken. Instead, these were merely painted over. The owner wouldn't budge, stating that we had gotten what we paid for. (Actually, the trim that they did replace was not necessary or requested.) The deck was also not stained down to the ground on the posts. The crew on TWO occasions left windows open in the house, one being in the attic. We have cats!! When I told the owner, his response was, "That's not good." Finally, while I was away one day, the owner called me to see if they should close and lock the front door which had been painted. I asked how they had gained entry into the home, and was told that a worker had opened and climbed in a window from the outside. In similar style, the owner of the company was surprised that this being done without our consent would bother me. I purchased Angie's List at the time for the purpose of finding a painting contractor. Might as well have saved that money.

Everything was done beautifully. He power washed the deck one day and returned when weather permitted and stained the deck. The wood look brand new. The deck is more than 20 years old, but to look at it now you would never know it.

The owner worked with me to get the deck power-washed since I wasn't able to be home at that time. He was very nice and helpful. When he returned to finish the deck (apply paint/tint) to the deck he was also very prompt and attentive to take my personal problem with being there into account. The deck looks so much better. I would definitely use him/his company again.

Deck had been painted with house paint, which didn't work well at all. Originally tried to power wash and scrape, but decided that would need to chemically strip the house paint off flat surfaces, so job expanded. The owner kept me fully informed, offered options to ensure job was done right, and in the end the deck looks great with a new deck stain. Very professional.

They did a good job of trying to fix itHe tried everything and all of his tricks. He did his best at trying to resolve and clean the driveway however the materials used on our driveway by the pavement company were bad. So the powerwashing did not work. He didn't charge me for the job. We had a bad driveway job so this situation was beyond his control however he was very good. He was really nice. I knew there was going to be a problem before he tried so it ws not his fault.

I called Jim, the owner, and received a prompt quote after he inspected my deck and patio. He performed the work a few weeks after I accepted the quote. After he finished, I noticed a few spots on the deck that did not look like new stain was applied. Jim came back the next day to inspect and re-apply stain. He also explained that some areas of the deck did not appear to hold stain as well as others. Overall, the deck and patio look good.

I was told the company would contact me in Sept. They did not. When I tried to call, the phone was disconnected.
