Perfect Touch Painting & Powerwashing

Perfect touch sent out one technician who arrived on time, was pleasant, and worked a good 4 or 5 hours. I was amazed at how clean the house looked when he was finished - especially the concrete patio that looked as clean as new. I was quite pleased.

It went wonderfully well. Jim got in touch through the Angie's List messaging system (when I was unable to answer my phone promptly) and sent his crew over within 48 hours to start the project. The painting timetable was adjusted to the weather, but the whole project was completed in less than 2 weeks.

I called Jim, and he came to my house the same day to give me an estimate on the work I was interested in having done. He was flexible in the pricing and scheduling...to get the work done in the limited time that I had available. I'm really glad that I found Perfect Touch Painting and Power-wash on Angie's List.

Very responsive in coming out to provide quote and was able to do the work within the same week. Very thorough and attentive to all areas of the house.

This was a very happy experience. They were thorough in their explanation of what they would do and how the costs were calculated and then they did exactly what they said within the time frame they told us it would be accomplished. The house and especially the deck look almost new!

Russ arrived on time, was friendly and efficient. He set up and began work right away. He did the work thoroughly and carefully. When he was finished, he returned the gas grill and table and chairs to their proper location on the deck. We were very satisfied, and we will contact Jim and his company again for future work to be done.

Jim was extremely responsive and on time for the job. I had to move the power washing job a week ahead to accommodate my daughter's graduation and he completed the job a few days ahead of the schedule with high quality!

Jim and his crew did an outstanding job power washing and staining our outdoor deck. They showed up exactly when they said they were going to, cleaned up after working and were professional. The deck looks brand new! I would use this company again in a minute!

They power washed the deck on Friday. The weather cooperated and they were able to put two coats of stain on the deck the following Monday. They were very careful and got no paint on the siding. They covered all visible surfaces including some underneath the deck. The stain was applied evenly and covered the old stain completely. Both workers were very personable and professional.

Jim Grenwis came very promptly to do the estimate and was back within two days of my giving him approval to go ahead, did the full job for the price estimated, even though it took him much more time than I expected. Did a very thorough job. Advised my husband of areas where shingle was damaged by the moss and needed repair. Extremely prompt and professional - would definitely recommend him again!

Went very well. He was very respectful and nice to talk to. Very patient and respectful of my desire to get other information. Gave advice as they came across issues. They did a very good job. No mess left behind. Even recommended them to someone.

Jim did a great job staining our deck for an excellent price. He was also incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. There was an issue with the pressure washing initially, but the way that it was handled only makes me want to recommend Jim more. I added an additional $100 above the quoted price to check I gave him at the end of the job and I feel like I should have gave him more. I wasn't sure whether to even mention the issue we had because I don't want to scare anyone away. But in my experience, mistakes happen and what truly sets goods companies apart is how they respond to them when they do. In short, the problem was that the employee who washed the deck used a tip he probably shouldn't have on our wood, which caused a good deal of splintering. After the deck dried and the splintering was apparent, I contacted Jim and he assured me that he would make it right the next day without questioning me or seeing the deck himself. Having run a pressure washing and staining business with my Dad, while I was in High School and College, I was still very concerned, knowing that with the transparent dark brown stain I chose, any uneven sanding would lead to spots on the deck where the stain looked lighter or darker. I had to leave town for the holiday weekend, so I asked him if he could sand while I was gone and wait for me to get back and confirm that everything was fixed before staining. Every step of the way he reiterated that his only concern was that I was happy with the end result. When I returned home, I was very pleased with how evenly he sanding the entire deck and was no longer concerned. They washed the deck lightly one more time and did an excellent job staining the deck the next day. I can't recommend Jim enough and will continue to use him for my deck and any other power washing needs. He was prompt, responsive, and seemed to truly care about the end result of the work done.

I contacted Jim Grenwis of Perfect Touch Paint and Power-washing after reading the reviews in Angie's List. Mr. Grenwis came by and took a look at the property to scope out the job and called me back shortly with a price for service. I agreed immediately. I do not recall precisely how long after we agreed to the work that Mr. Grenwis came by to power wash the deck and patio but I believe it was the next week. I believe it was about five days thereafter that he and a colleague returned to stain the deck. They did a fine job. I asked Mr. Grenwis for some suggestions about another project - concrete front porch - and he made some very helpful suggestions. He indicated that he could do that job or, if not available, make recommendations for a provider who could do the task. Overall, I was very satisfied with the outcome. The high quality work was done both promptly and affordably. I would hire Mr. Grenwis and Perfect Touch Paint and Power-washing again.

Jim and Russ have done pressure washing of our driveway/walkway/garage and patio roofs the past several years and always do a first-class job, They take their time, go over every stained area with extra care, and clean up nearby areas when the primary work is done. They also do an excellent job at gutter clean out in the spring and fall.
