+ -1 moreNino, one of the owners, came out to give a proposal. He was very professional and explained exactly what they would do and how it would be done. Steve, the other owner, worked with us to accommodate our schedules. Two employees came and cleaned the marble floor and the existing grout. Later that week another employee came to repair the many areas of damaged or missing grout. He matched the grout color perfectly. You cannot tell what grout is new and what was existing. A few weeks later after the grout had cured they came back out and cleaned the marble and grout again. Then they added a coat of sealant. During this entire process our home was treated with respect. They cleaned up after themselves and were courteous. We would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking to have grout repaired and natural stone cleaned.

That was so convenient! They came when they said they would, did a careful job, and cleaned up completely. We are very happy with their service.
Description of Work: Tile around a tub/shower had been poorly installed previously and had come loose so that water was coming through the ceiling beneath. Tile had to be removed, the backing replaced and new tile put in and sealed. This was a two day process.

After having a plumber and another tile person out to look at it, Nino came and readily identified where the problem was. He was very professional and prompt in response to my calls, emails, etc. They did a very nice job. Nino also gave me advice on how to clean the rest of the grout in my bathroom. I would definitely use him again.

Description of Work: The lead shower pan in the upstairs shower wore out - 50 year old Cleveland Heights home. Perfect Services explained the procedure, removed the old pan, worked with our plumber, who snaked the drain and replaced the trap. Perfect Services replaced tile, made a new sill, matched tile, and made the shower workable. They did a neat job, reset tile, cleaned up everything, grouted that shower, and smoothed out grout in the downstairs bathtub. We would recommend the Company.

After seeing all the sample tiles, I asked him if my husband and I could find something closer to what we wanted. He was willing to wait for us to find what we were looking for. We bought the tiles and he purchased them so we got a discount by going through him. I am very pleased with the final product.
Description of Work: The backer board behind our tiles was not in good shape so they replaced that and the tiles. Also did grouting.

I didn't realize how hard and time consuming such a job is. They had to schedule a follow up short visit to finish up some caulking and they called to do so the next week.

+ 0 moreTechnician (Mike) very professional/mannerable. Came out as agreed. I was a little disappointed that the grout between the ceramic tiles on the floor in Master Bath did not come out whiter, but Mike explained why this happened and that was acceptable to me.

+ 0 moreMy phone call was answered promptly by Steve Aleric who came out to look over what needed to be done. He offered several suggestions. After an interval of about two months (my choice) a second person came out and looked at the job, which was finished within the week. Mike, who did the job, came on time and finished both jobs quickly and professionally. He was very polite and cleaned up afterwards. I am extremely pleased with the results and would give this company my highest recommendation.
Description of Work: There was two parts to this job. The first part consisted of adding strips of granite tile to fill a gap behind a newly installed stove on a granite countertop. A small shelf to hold the tile had to be installed and then granite tiles has to be cut and set into place. The second part of the job was to reattach fallen ceramic knobs for towel holders in an older bathtub. Both these repairs were unusual and were very well handled.

+ -1 moreThey responded promptly to my inquiry and came out and quoted the job within a day. They scheduled the repair on a mutually agreeable time frame. They told me exactly what they would do, how much time it would take to do the job. They showed up on time and did the job exactly as represented. They were neat, courteous, and took care not to track dirt in the house. They cleaned up everything when they were done. They went over the finished product and explained care instructions for the repaired wall to me. The end product does not look like a repair job - it blends in well with the existing wall and enhances the look. A quality job from true professionals.
Description of Work: We had a section of loose tiles and water damaged backing behind them removed from our shower/tub. We have a 70 year old Shaker Hts. home. Perfect Services installed a new backing as well as new tiles to repair the damaged area. They suggested a repair pattern and replacement color match to complement the existing color and pattern (which were installed over 30 yrs ago).

+ -1 moreWhat seemed to be a nightmare, moving into a home, and having a problem the first day; turned out to be a very one of the best experiences dealing with a company that I have ever had. Nino Divicenizo was a pleasure to work with! He was very careful in assessing the situation, was great working with the insurance company, wasted no time in coordinating the various workers that needed to come, and was always willing to offer suggestions, in addition to being very conscientious. Every single worker was on time, was very neat (and as I kept telling Nino--''I am Mrs. Picky'' about keeping things clean.) The workers covered everything, and cleaned up each day. They would always tell me who was coming the following day, and they were always punctual! Nino outlined the timeline of when the work would be done, and they were complete with it just as he had said they would be--on time! Nino had a family vacation planned, and told me not to worry; he would leave me in good hands-it was perfect!
Description of Work: The first day of showering in our new residence presented us with leaking of water upstairs through to the ceiling in the room directly below. We first thought it was a grout problem, but turned out to be a faulty shower pan. We decided to remodel the entire bathroom since the shower had to be torn up and the tile was from the 1950's and couldn't be matched. The entire bathroom was tiled from the floor up to shoulder height which was all removed, all walls were patched, sanded perfectly for painting; the shower was retiled in addition to the floor, and backsplash around the bathtub. We also had a plumber replace all of the plumbing, electricity installed a light/fan inside the shower, bathtub reglazed, and new vanity and fixtures installed. Grout Perfect was the general contractor and together Nino Divicenizo and I coordinated all of the work which was a very large job, but was efficient and went very smoothly. Being new in town-it was a blessing that we found Nino and Grout Perfect.

It was a large crew of people, and they were all just delightful. They were very mindful of my home and cleaned up well. They were pleasant to be around, and I enjoyed having them here. They all did a fabulous job.
Description of Work: They had to rip out the floor of my shower stall and replace everything. They re-tiled it and part of the wall, and assisted me in purchasing a custom made door.

He said the minimum repair work was $325 which was very expensive for that repair job. He said to re-grout the entire bathtub/shower area would be $450. Since the house is 50 years old and the grout was starting to show signs of deterioration I decided to have the entire area redone. There was no pressure from him to do this - it was my call. The work was done as scheduled. I was happy with work and the way it was done. It was a pleasure to work with them.

+ -1 moreDuring the initial quoting process, I asked in passing if they could epoxy urethane a 3 dimensional ladybug & butterfly into the garage floor. I was told yes. To my surprise, every workman on both days had been instructed on my request and knew exactly where they were to be placed. They knew it was important to me and went the extra mile to make sure they weren't overlooked! The ladybug & butterfly are reminders of departed loved ones. Nino has touched base with us twice since completion of the job to be sure we were satisfied with their workmanship. Satisfaction is this company's main goal. Desire to ensure customer satisfaction is very refreshing. That coupled with workmanship will take your company far.
Description of Work: Etched garage door. Painted garage floor w/ solid color epoxy paint. Mixed & spread (per ratio) color flecks. Coated with industrial urethane. Nino took extra care to make certain that the floor color & especially the color flecks & their ratios were exactly what we wanted. My husband wanted the flecks to coordinate with his car. Nino made up several small batches of various color ratios to be sure we'd be happy. He went well above the norm to please a customer. The end result is perfect.

+ -1 moreThey were really great. They even were going to take off their shoes, but I told them that was not necessary as I do not have carpet. When they came out to give the estimate they did give me the angie's list discount. They got the repair done in one day and did a really good job of matching the existing tile and cleaned up very well after themselves.
Description of Work: I had a row of tiles that fell out into the tub. They came out and replaced 2 rows of tiles and a cracked tile that was where the water handle was. They also re-grouted and caulked the tub.
