I HAVE RECENTLY TRIED TO REACH SOME SATISFACTION WITH THEM, BUT TO NO AVAIL. THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. HAVE NOT SHOWN UP, AT MY HOME, WHEN THEY HAVE MADE APPOINTMENTS TO SERVICE OUR TELEVISION. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN CALLED TO TELL US THEY CANNOT MAKE IT. MY HUSBAND HAS TAKEN TIME OFF OF WORK TO BE THERE AND THEY DO NOT SHOW UP. THEY HAVE USED EVERY EXCUSE FROM A TRUCK ACCIDENT TO BAD WEATHER, BUT WE STILL HAVE A TV THAT DOESN'T WORK PROPERLY AND THEY STILL HAVE OUR $350.00.
Description of Work: WE OWN A LARGE SCREEN TELEVISION. THE PICTURE WAS GOING FROM COLOR TO BLACK AND WHITE AND EVENTUALLY WE WOULD LOSE THE PICTURE ALTOGETHER. WE CONTACTED THIS COMPANY TO FIX OUR PROBLEM THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE - TOOK THE INTERIOR OF THE TV (THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS) WITH THEM. WE WAITED WEEKS (MAYBE EVEN MONTHS) BEFORE THEY RETURNED WITH OUR TV. WHEN THEY FIRST INSTALLED THE COMPONENTS, IT WORKED FINE. THEY NO SOONER LEFT OUR HOME AND OUR TV WENT BACK TO IT'S OLD WAYS. WE HAVE TRIED TO WORK WITH THIS COMPANY MANY MORE TIMES, OFTEN BEING WITHOUT OUR TELEVISION FOR MONTHS AND WE ARE STILL NO FURTHER NOW THAN WE WERE WHEN THIS STARTED 2 YEARS AGO.
