Description of Work: Had work done at Parma Hts. Office. Work was fast. Computer had been to another repair shop about a year earlier for same issue. The other repair shop took 6 weeks and broke a part and returned it without saying anything about the broken part. PC Medic fixed both problems in a few hours. I know where any computer I need repair work done on will go from now on.
