I could NOT be happier. PC Diagnostics fixed my laptop at a very reasonable price. Mike was amazing to me as he was thorough in addressing my problems and gave me the part that was damaged and he had replaced. Thanks to Angie's list for hooking me up with Mike and PC Diagnostics. I will tell everyone I know about this experience and now know the BEST place for computer services is PC Diagnostics. THANK YOU!

It went great. Mr. Stavrou diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a price and when the work would be completed. It was completed the same day an hour earlier than expected. I already recommended PC Diagnostics to a friend.

.they looked it up and found the hinge was broke, estimated it out too about 200.00. after paying them they found it needed two other parts to fix it. they did NOT increase the cost from my estimate. they kept me informed of progress and offered me back old broken parts. very friendly .and on receipt offer warranty on there work and parts. i would definitely use them again and refer friends to them .

I didn't believe him. He didn't even seem to care and look at it correctly. I then had another technician look at my computer. It was a 10 minute fix and now my computer is running GREAT!! Had I listened to PC Diagnostics, I would have bought a new computer and lost all my data. I will NEVER go back there :(

We were converting from Windows XP to Windows 7 and needed an expert to handle the complete installation from start to finish. So of course having had 2 previous, excellent experiences with this company we used them again. Mike came out and started to work immediately, completing one task after another. At one point we hit a snag when our internet provider couldn't provide info we needed to complete the job. Mike was very determined in attempting to get the info. He spent quite a bit of time and was able to figure out what my internet provider could not and then solved the problem. Mike is good, very good. Whatever computer problem you have he will fix it. I have no doubt. Also he is very amiable and easy to get along with. He's a professional. This is a very good neighborhood company that provides excellent service at a reasonable price. Once you try them you will come back to them again and again for any computer problem you may have....guaranteed. You won't be disappointed.

I use this laptop for work and am on it all day long searching information for files that I have to prepare for the company I work for. I went into a website called Udderly Delicious Ice Cream and got a virus. Not knowing what to do it infiltrated my computer pretty bad. I shut it down ,but not before it had done its damage, knowing that I could call Michael in the morning and he would take care of it. In the morning I called Michael and explained what happend and he said to bring it in and he would take a look. They will give you a free estimate of what your computer needs at no charge unlike the Geek Squad that charges just to look at it. When I took it in, he looked and determined that this one was bad, unlike one I had gotten a couple months earlier that he cleaned off while I waited. He actually thought that he would have to reload everything but would try cleaning it first. This was at about 10:30 in the morning. He called me at around 5:00 and said it was ready to pick up and that he was able to clean the virus off. He knows I use this for work and started on it as soon as I left. I have had work done here before and know that I can rest assured that when I pick it up it will be ready to go. The turnaround time is fabulous and being a bit on the OCD, Type A personality, I tend to not trust anyone with anything particularly the computer I use for work. But I don't even freak out anymore because I know that Michael is a phone call away and will take care of whatever happens. Their location is a bit of a drive for me, but I don't even care because the peace of mind is worth the trip. I would highly recommend them for any computer work you might need. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my computer.
