I decided to have a last minute holiday party, and was in need of help on a quick project. I requested a very short turn around time on the request to Paul, and I was so happy that he was able to accommodate. Paul had a team of guys who showed up when they said they would, and they did wonderful work. It is rare to have workers clean up, but my home was left in perfect condition. I have already recommended Paul to family members.

Paul Driver & his team tackled a large job made up of many smaller/medium size jobs at our house. Paul came right in with a ?we can do? attitude, and he will figure out how to do whatever it is that you want if it is within the scope of their services. He and his team did everything to the specifications that we requested. Paul was present and attentive. He was extremely responsive on the phone and via texting. Paul went above and beyond to make us happy with the end result, and he was willing to tweak and perfect details so that we would be satisfied. We were extremely impressed with Paul and his team members, Craig, Blake, Gino, and the other guys. Everyone was on time, respectful, friendly, and trustworthy. They blew us away in the care that they took to ensure the job was not only done right, but also left clean and tidy at the end of every day! You can tell that these men take great pride in the work that they do, whether it is a tiny job or a large job, they take all seriously and with the greatest care. We would not hesitate to give our business to Paul Driver and his team in the future.

He and his team quickly assessed the problem and made the repairs exactly as desired. Everyone was courteous, the crew cleaned up after themselves and left the repairs with a very professional appearance.

Removed old vanity, medicine cabinet, toilet, and linoleum floor. Installed new, marble tiled floor and walls. Installed wall-mounted vanity with vessel sink, new toilet (which they were able to move over 4 inches because my new vanity was too big!!!) This is not easy and they did a great job!!!), and all new fixtures, including an overhead fan/light and vanity light. We did not replace our existing tub/shower surround, but they put in new shower head, faucet, drain. Everything looks amazing! The workers were on time every morning, respectful, and went above and beyond to keep the work area and rest of the house clean and debris free. Paul also checked in every day, and was very prompt and easy to get a hold of. They were even able to squeeze us in before Thanksgiving so it was ready for our guests! Would definitely hire again.

We had contacted Paul Driver Construction early in September to schedule a remodel for the beginning of November. We had purchased a duplex in Lakewood and both bathrooms were in terrible condition. Paul put us on the schedule - we were in contact a few times thru September and October just to make sure that we were all set. His crew came when scheduled, worked to tear out the bathrooms down to the studs. His crew is very professional and very nice. They definitely are skilled craftsmen. The bathrooms were scheduled to take approx. 10 days and they had the project completed when promised. The new bathrooms are beautiful. Paul worked to keep us updated almost daily on their progress. I truly cannot say enough great things about Paul and his crew. I would definitely recommend them for any home project. We will definitely call them as projects arise.

Although his prices were the best, the gentleman called us in the evening just the day before our work was scheduled to begin. He explained he would need half the money up front in order to protect his workers which made me a little uncomfortable. This wouldn't have been a problem had he told us before but finding out later in the evening the night before when we were unable to even make the adjustments in our bank was strange. In the end we decided to go with someone else.

I called & he said he was very busy but that he was in the area & he'd swing by to take a look. He came over promptly as promised. He looked at the steps and said if it were just tuck pointing he could do that but that my steps were beyond tuck pointing. He said I need to call a mason. He declined the back porch tongue & groove job as well. He said they were beyond the scope of his services. I appreciated the honesty & prompt response.

Paul arrived on time for the quote for bathroom repairs and quoted a very reasonable 3,700 for replacing a leaking tile bathtub surround, bathtub, installing a tile floor, painting the bathroom, installing a drywall and painting in the utility room that backed on the bathroom, and repairing and painting where there had been water damage in the living room. The job was started promptly and immediately on removing the tile it became clear that the entire bath wall (studs and exterior) had become waterlogged and needed to be replaced. Unbelievably this only required an additional two days. Paul also decided to investigate the source of the living room leakage and discovered ridge vent leakage which he also repaired. At every step during the job he provided e mailed pictures of progress and requested clearance before proceeding. This is the smoothest and most efficient repair job I have experienced in the last forty years.

Overall, I had a very good experience with Paul Driver and his crew. When I called him to discuss the job in September, Paul responded promptly and took the time to go through my whole list thoroughly. He made suggestions, but listened to what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into additional work or expensive upgrades. He told me they would probably get to the job in mid October, and sure enough they started on October 13th. To my delight, the entire job stayed on budget and took only two and half days, less than he originally estimated. Paul checked in with me at the end of each day and walked through everything with me when they were all done to make sure I was happy with the work. In general, the quality of their work is high. The basement looks fantastic! The only work that I would perhaps give an A-/B+ is the tuck pointing on the front steps, which is serviceable but doesn't quite match. In the future, if I need more tuck pointing I will probably call a masonry specialist instead, but for anything else I will definitely give Paul Driver a call!

Finished on time and at estimate

They came when they said they would, removed the window and took it back to their shop. They returned a about 2 hours and did all the other jobs and replaced the window. These were relatively small jobs but the 2 guys spent about an hour and a half making sure everything was fixed. They were very polite and professional, especially since this was a small job for them. I can't recommend them enough.

The experience was excellent. Paul did an outstanding job on the remodel of our bathroom, giving us numerous very good suggestions. He got it all the way to the studs and put in new insulation on the exterior wall a new floor a new tub enclosure a new tub new door to the bathroom new bathroom ceiling and repaired hidden defects in the sink plumbing . Moving forward, Paul will always be my first choice for any remodeling or home improvement projects.

I am helping my mom to update and repair her house to get it ready to sell. I live in another state and on a previous visit met with Paul Driver to discuss the projects I wanted done. Paul was very helpful in suggesting updates that would improve the curb appeal of my mom's house. When I returned to Ohio to have the work done, Paul and his crew were great! Paul knew I was on a tight time schedule and worked with me to get the job done before I had to leave town. We had to reschedule twice due to rain, but when the weather cleared up the crew arrived on time and got right to work. A group of very nice guys worked very hard to complete the job in 2 days. They were very professional and did a good job. Even my mom's neighbors commented on the professionalism of the crew. They asked questions to clarify what I wanted done and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We were initially planning to only paint the awning and some of the trim. Paul suggested removing the old, dated awning to expose the nice dentiI molding by the front door. We were also only planning to repaint the trim the existing red color but Paul suggested changing it to a brown color. We hesitated, but Paul had the crew paint a bit of it so we could see the change and he was right. The new color was much better! It updated the appearance of the house and better matched the gutters, downspouts, and storm windows. What a nice change and my mom loved it. Paul and his crew can do a variety of services and it helped that I did not have to contact several companies to have the work performed. Paul made suggestions that I did not even think of which helped update the curb appeal of the house. So, although I ended up spending more than I had planned to spend, the house looks so much better than my mom or I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend Paul Driver and his crew! They are reliable, honest, and take pride in their work.

I am so disappointed that Paul was too busy to do work for me, and too busy to return phone calls in a timely manner. I believe he has some time management "opportunities" is the fairest way I can put it. It is a shame that I finally had to give up on him because my neighbor was so pleased with the work of his crew.

Everything turned out even better than I anticipated! Paul was always willing to any thoughts or suggestions I had and always told me why or why not something was or was not a good idea.The whole team was friendly yet professional.I can't say enough about how well everything went and how beautiful it all looks!!

Called Paul and he came out immediately with an estimate. Work was done within a few days of estimate and it looks great! Price was fair, and the quality of the work was great. Job well done!

We first contact Paul to come out and give us a quote on bathroom renovations for both units in a duplex. Which is schedule to begin the first of November. While we were talking about other projects that needed to be done, the upper porch floor needed to be sealed to protect the wood. This job required a significant amount of siding be taken off so it could be torched. The job was done - in the time frame that Paul said it would be. The gentleman that he had replacing the siding was very nice and professional. He went above and beyond to replace a couple pieces of siding that had been damaged. I would highly recommend using Paul Driver Construction. He was on time and they did a great job. Looking forward to the bathroom renovations!

Paul met me and we discussed the scope of work. He came back a few days later to take measurements and further define the finer details of the work to be done. I received his bid within a few days after that. He began work the following week and scheduled to be complete in roughly two weeks. The work was completed about two days after the original estimate, and we had decided to install all of the ceramic tile after that estimate. Paul's employees were skilled, polite, and did a great job of keeping the worksite cleaned and organized. I would recommend Paul Driver for interior or exterior work. He understood what I was trying to accomplish and he tailored the work to fit. He even recommended some better ideas for durability as we got into the project.

SIMPLY FANTASTIC!!! This is the second project that Paul and his crew have completed for me. The first project was completed earlier this year in April. They remodeled my downstairs bathroom, updated the mudroom, installed a new garage door opening system, painted the garage door and installed a steel door and storm door on back entrance of my home. This project turned out beautiful and was hassle free! I planned on hiring Paul again in the Spring to remodel my family room; however, my mother became extremely ill in June and was hospitalized. Shockingly, she was diagnosed with early stages of dementia and could no longer live alone. I made the decision to become her caregiver and move her in with me. I called Paul and explained the situation and he added my project to his schedule ASAP. Paul and his crew are consummate professionals on every level. They made what could have been a highly stressful situation manageable for my family. They are knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and extremely neat. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone searching for an honest, highly skilled contractor.

I wish Angie's List would stop harassing me over contractors I have never heard of and never used. There should be a button that says "I have never used this person" or "I called and no one called me back" and leave it at that. Please think through form submission and make adjustments to facilitate these types of cases. Or, stop emailing me!

Called Paul Driver about 6/26/14 and he responded immediately. he came to our home to look at the job (installation of up-flow toilet, shower, and vanity) on 6/28/14 and said he would have his plumber Tony contact us and give us an estimate . We never heard from Tony and never heard again from Paul Driver. I don't know how he can be rated so highly when he never corresponds after looking at the job. The least he could have done was to tell us he didn't want to do it. Meanwhile he left us hanging waiting for his plumber Tony or some word from him. Would not bother calling him again for another job. We have since let the job to Litt Plumbing and they are near finishing it at this time.

This is the second time that Paul Driver has done work for me and I am again very pleased with how everything turned out. He came out to give me an estimate, made suggestions on what to update in the kitchen, and started work when he promised. The estimate included supplies and labor, and I think the price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was done. He was the only person I talked to who was willing to try and paint my black kitchen cabinets in lighter colors. They are now cream and a gray-green and they look fantastic, especially with the new Allure flooring. The old floor was also black so the whole kitchen now looks so much bigger and lighter. The 6 new casement windows also look great and they have made a big difference in the temperature upstairs. The work took longer than Paul anticipated (2 weeks instead of 5 days) but he always kept me in the loop about what was happening. They even worked for most of a Saturday to finish up. Paul is really good about returning emails which was great because most days I was not at home when they were working. But when I was there, the crew were very polite and friendly; in fact one of them helped me figure out what was wrong with my car (a large branch stuck under a wheel). The work was very high quality; there were a few minor things that needed fixing but he came back within 2 weeks to take care of that. I have already recommended him to several people and I use his company again in a heartbeat.

As always, Paul is a pleasure to do business with. We have worked with him on several projects in the past, and so when we needed more work done, it was an easy choice to call Paul. He responded to my call right away, and was able to meet me for an estimate within a day or two. Paul ordered the windows promptly and gave me an idea of how long they should take to come in. He called when they arrived earlier than anticipated, and was able to work within my availability and the tenant's, in order to get the project done even before we originally thought the order for the windows would come in. He and his crew are prompt, efficient, and most importantly, do great work. I highly recommend him, and will surely use him again in the future.
