Paul Driver Construction & Handyman Services

He was supposed to come out on the 11th and the 12th, but then he called me to say he overbooked. And then rescheduled me for the 25-26th, but called again on 22nd to cancel again! I can't afford to wait around any longer.

From start to finish everything went smoothly. Being a smaller job, that needed a little done each day across a few days, Paul would come every morning with as many or as few people as he needed. The work area was cleaned up each day, and he was happy to have me or my two 5 year olds watch / talk with him. The kitchen looks great, he even re-hung the pot rack / shelf before leaving.

Paul came and gave me an estimate on 1-12-13. I liked his price and asked him when we could do the work. We set up a date for him to come out with his crew. He called and cancelled as he had a big job he was trying to complete. We set up another date, but I had to cancel due to vet appointment I had forgotten about. We set up a third date on Friday the 8th at 1 pm. Paul did not show up and I didn't even get a phone call cancelling the job. After a month, I hired another handyman to come.

Paul and his crew were excellent! They advised they would start at 8 a.m. on Monday and showed up at 7:45 a.m.! They came in and got to work. I left the home for the majority of the week so that they could work on the walls, ceilings and basement. When I returned on Friday to see how everything was, the house didn't even look the same! It all looked brand new with smooth walls, fresh ceilings and a nice fresh coat of paint. The basement even looks brand new! We couldn't be more happy with the work that Paul and his guys have been doing on our home. They have all been very professional and informative. He calls every night to inform me of the progress being made and when they expect to be completed. If there are any questions or changes that need to be made, Paul is more than willing to accommodate. We are so very happy with our experience. The job is to be completed early next week and we really can't wait to see it all when it is done. Thank you Paul and crew!!!!

They arrived on time, got to work right away, asked for my input as to the placement of the motion detector lights, and finished in around 30 minutes. All the trash was put into boxes of the replacement lights and warranty and documentation for the lights were given to me. Guys were all good to work with and did an excellent jobs. Both lights have motion detection on them and both work great. The front porch light comes on when someone starts up the walkway, stays on 5 minutes and then goes off. The back floodlights, show the yard and patio on both sides of the garage, come on when they should and go off after 5 minutes. Plus both lights look great on the house!

I found Paul on Angie's list and was struck by the glowing reviews. I found those reviews to be completely accurate. Paul communicated with us about both what he needed and any issues that arose. Paul Driver and his team were professional and efficient; they did high-quality work.

I left a message and he called me back to schedule a quote. We worked out an appointment for my rental property at a time the tenants were available. I never recieved a quote, I never heard back from him and I'm not even sure if he kept the appointment.

Although Paul and I initially struggled a bit to connect to discuss my home projects, I'm very glad that we were both persistent in our attempts. I had two projects 1) an interior painting job that included the ceiling and two-story stairwell that I did not feel comfortable painting myself and 2) exterior shutters that were in need of replacement. Paul quoted $300 for the shutters and $400 for interior painting - the shutters were the lowest quote I had received yet and the interior painting was far less than the professional painting companies I had interviewed. A week or so before the date of the painting, the shutters were removed from my house and new ones were made in his shop and installed the day the crew came to paint. They look great! My neighbors across the street commented about how nice they look, too. During the interior paint job, Pauls' crew was courteous and ever-so patient and tolerant of my dog, two cats, and toddler that are eternally under foot. I am also ever go grateful that Gino was able to help me with my caulking project in the kitchen. I will certainly be using Paul Driver and his crew for future home projects...price, quality, customer service...they can't be beat!

Paul & his crew did a great job, as usual. They're always super nice and easy to work with, and they do good work. I love that they clean up the muck they clean out of the gutters; they don't just leave it there on the ground. Paul is my go-to guy for any kind of handyman work -- highly recommended.

During the storm at the end of October, our business was having trouble with water damage. We were pleased with how quickly Paul came out to assess the damage. He said he'd be back in a few days when the rain stopped to check out the outside of the building, discuss his findings and work up an estimate. After 2 weeks or so had passed, I called and left him a message following up. Another week or so after that I called again and left another message. A third time I called and he answered the phone. He said he had been out of town, then scheduled a time to come out to the building. He did not show up. We wil be looking for someone else to perform the work needed.

Went better then i could have asked on time, friendly, worked well with complete crew.

The front porch turned out beautifully, and will hold up much better in the long run. It is low maintenance compared to the old porch which needed to be painted annually; this can be easily stained. They finished the entire job in one day, were punctual and left the entire work area clean and tidy. In addition, they also applied a protective coating to my garage roof that they had replaced earlier in the year and rerouted a gutter drain, They also replaced two storm doors. Everything was done in a timely manner and the job site was meticulous when they finished. Paul and his crew are conscientious, polite, hard workers. Before they begin any job, Paul goes to great lengths to explain the repair and work they will be performing, the time it will take and when they will be able to start. I have recommended Paul and his crew to my friends and co-workers and will continue to do so. They are a great asset and we are blessed to have found them. They do a fantastic job!

Paul was punctual at the time of the estimate, gave me an estimate and stuck by it. The person he sent to do the work was friendly and hard-working. Paul made sure I was 100% satisfied before asking me for payment.

The job took about a month to complete. There were a few interuptions and it took a little longer than we first anticipated but overall, things went very well. I have COMPLETE access to all areas of in my house. The bathrooms look great! Paul removed a closet to expand the half shower in the master bathroom. He converted the tub to a shower in the guest bathroom. Both showers are fully tiled (no preforms). He also converted one bedroom into an office. I really appreciate how the whole crew worked with me to insure that every modification would work for me. Paul and crew replaced the kitchen flooring with porcleain tile. They cleaned and recoated the wood cabinets too. This was the largest investment I've ever made. I'm very happy with the company I choose to do the work.

Overall, it went very well. No complaints.

Paul and his crew did a great job painting our exterior trim. Paul took care of getting the paint and supplies and getting the color matched perfectly. The crew works hard and is always friendly and courteous. The work was done well, and they (as always) cleaned up after themselves.

Paul and Geno were great to work with. Both guys are great and they do nice work. The nice thing about Paul is that what you see is what you get. He isn't a fast talking salesman with no results. He listens to your needs, explains exactly what he is going to do, completes the work and gives a fair price. We will be using his services in the near future for other home improvements.

Paul and his crew were very professional and offered a suggestion for finishing the ceiling on the porch which I readily agreed to. The finished product looks great. Paul and his crew were courteous and cleaned up the area before leaving for the day. They go above and beyond. I plan on using them on an upcoming project.

I called Paul after finding his reviews on Angie's list. I am putting my home on the market and had a laundry list or fixes needed. He came to my home to provide an on-site estimate. After agreeing to a date and estimate, Paul and his crew arrived on time to perform the scheduled work. They were prompt, professional and performed excellent work. They even finished in less time than they estimated. Paul's crew also took special care to watch out for my young children, who were curious about all the work being done around the house. I would not hesitate to use Paul and his crew for any future general contracting/handyman services. Highly Recommended!

A creative solution that he devised to provide a "hand grip" on a set of stairs needed additional support. (A door would interfere with the usual options available on the market.) He upgraded it on no cost, with his usual good humor. He worked around our schedules, coming out on 9 am on Mother's Day!

Paul and his crew did an outstanding job on my mother's house in Parma. He removed wallpaper in all rooms, repaired walls as needed, painted walls and ceilings, closets and basement - waxed hardwood floors, installed carpeting - updated bathrooms, updated electrical as needed, miscellaneous outside garage fixups, reinforced and painted front porch, installed new lighting fixturres throughout house. When he was done, the house was fresh, clean and "ready to move in" ---- Every room in the house was updated, inlcuding the basement. There was a question during the house inspection, (a minor electrical repair). I contacted Paul, while he was on vacation - and he returned my call immediately; we got the problem fixed within a couple days. Very throughtful and considerate. Paul was always on time and reachable whenver I needed him. I would highly recommend him . My mom's house was put on the market, and within six weeks the house was SOLD. Paul has integrity, takes pride in his work, does a great job, is honest and a genuine all around nice guy -he's the guy to do your construction work, please give him a call - you will not be disappointed.

They were excellent. They came out within a couple of hours this morning after I called. They did nto charge me for the work. The same guy comes out every time.

He was on time and very friendly. He did a little thing for me and gave me estimate. He alaso issued a senior discount for me. The price was very reasonable.

It's a whole new world! I just referred Paul & Co. to a good friend. He's a keeper.

Since I was unsure of the different products available; he offered to meet us at Home Depot and show us our options. Once we decided, he was quick with a quote and the work began the following week. They did a wonderful job. They were timely and finished the job within a week. I was kept aware of their progress and any issues that arose as he stayed in contact with us and encouraged questions. The floor is beautiful and the jobsite was clean and neat when they were finished. He instructed us on what sealer to buy and how to apply it. He called when he discovered the corroded ductwork that we did not realize we had. I felt relieved that it could be fixed so quickly and they completed that as well within the timeframe they had given us. Overall, I am very pleased with this company and recommend them to my friends and acquaintances whenever I can.
