First, the porch looks fantastic and I'm very happy with it. Paul and his crew, as always, are professional, pleasant, and work quickly. Prior to starting the job, Paul kept in touch to let me know about his schedule and when he could get started. We were delayed for a day or so because of rain and other matters, but he kept me updated and I had no problem with this. His prices are always reasonable. In fact, I've already had Paul start work on another project in my home (tearing down paneling and fixing walls/ceiling in a bedroom) and plan to call him for additional projects in the future. I definitely recommend him and his work.

I received several quotes for the work and Paul's quote was the most competitively priced. His crew completed the work in the kitchen at the end of April (2 windows and the ceiling). They arrived on time and were friendly. Everything turned out great with the exception of some missed trim on the outside of the windows. I had already decided to replace the dining room windows and Paul said they would take care of the trim when the dining room windows were installed. It took some additional time between ordering the work for the dining room and actually getting the work done, but it was a busier time of year. A different crew installed the dining room windows, but they were also friendly and courteous. They also installed a window air conditioner for me while they were here which was not part of the plan, but very much appreciated! The only issue I had was that there was a lot of adhesive left on the glass after both window installations and it was a pain to clean. I would definitely hire them again.

These guys were terrific. They came out right away and gave me an estimate. The next day they came and completed the job. Overall a great experience and I would not hesitate to hire them again.

I originally emailed Paul Driver Construction through Angie's list. It was 1 of 3 handyman services that I tried to contact and the first to get back to me. Mr. Driver showed up at my house the next day on Thursday to check out everything we needed done. He then came back a couple days later with flooring samples for the project. Once the flooring was agreed upon he told me his crew could start on that Wednesday. He came back on Tuesday with the contract for the work to be done and Wednesday he and his crew were at my house at 8 am sharp. Mr. Driver and his crew were very professional and pleasant. They worked meticulously everyday on the project and were always at my door at 8 am. I would definitely use this contractor again on any future projects. One of the best contractor services I've ever used

Paul Driver and his crew are great. Paul came out to give an estimate and he made many suggestions including recommending a type of flooring for the attic bathroom. He scheduled a time to do the work within 2 or 3 weeks and they showed up when they said they would. They were good with my kid and my dog, and they left the place cleeaner than when they started. The price was very reasonable and included supplies and labor. I am very happy with the results, especially with how the attic bathroom looks. I had not planned on changing the flooring but Paul was right, it really looks a lot better for relatively low cost. All the handyman work was well done. Paul also had some suggestions for how I could update my kitchen and I plan on having him do the work as soon as he gives me an estimate. I would definitely recommend him. He is honest, reliable, professional and takes pride in his work.

I'm in the process of selling my house and the appraisal home inspection was performed on Saturday, May 17th. The appraisal came back requiring some repairs to peeling and chipped paint on the garage and basement walls. As with most home inspections it took several days to receive this information and I was informed at 4pm on Friday, May 23rd that the repairs were needed. I had no problem with the need to repair these items, but the timing couldn?t have been worse since it was late in the day on Friday when I received this information and this also happened to be Memorial Day weekend. We are looking at a closing date of June 10th and with these repairs that could jeopardize the closing date. My wife and I were going to be out of town the weekend of Memorial Day, so getting these repairs done in a timely fashion seemed bleak on Friday when I receive the news that the repairs were needed. I immediately jumped on Angie?s List and started looking for someone to help me repair these items quickly. I found good reviews for Paul Driver Construction & Handyman Services on this site and put a call out to Paul. I immediately went to voice mail and figured that getting ahold of anyone this late in the day would be hopeless. I figured I wouldn?t hear back from anyone until May 27th, the Tuesday after Memorial Day slowing down this urgent need for help. A couple hours later I got a call back from Paul and he was out of town in St. Louis. As soon as I heard that I wasn?t expecting much, but Paul assured me that he had a couple guys in Cleveland that work for him and that I didn?t need to worry and I would be hearing back from one of his guys, Gino. Paul said they were available and could get the job done for me and that I would be happy with their work. On Saturday morning I got a call from Gino who was able to meet me at my house within two hours to assess the work. I schedule the work for 8am on Tuesday, May 27th and couldn?t have been happier working with Gino. He and another person showed up at my house on time and performed the job as expected. They were both friendly, easy to deal with and very courteous. These guys made this entire process painless and eased my mind. Gino was straight with me, didn?t try to upsell anything and met my timely needs to complete these repairs quickly. Their work was great and met all my needs. I highly recommend Paul Driver Construction & Handyman Services and will be calling them again when I need their services in the future. I also had calls out to 3 other service providers on Friday and I heard back from no one else over the weekend and only one of the providers called me back on Tuesday, May 27th. Paul?s guys are the real deal and seemed very appreciative to do the work for me. Selling a home is stressful enough, but trying to find someone quickly at the last minute to do repair work is beyond stressful. Paul and his team removed that stress and really eased my mind on getting the processes of completing the sale of my house rolling again.

Paul and his team did a good job. Initial communication was excellent. Paul had to postpone the scheduled start date a couple of times. Communication during that period was not as good. Once Paul and his crew started the job they worked every day until the project was completed. There was a minor issue with caulking and a loose pipe. I contacted Paul and he sent two of his men over to address the issue. They still need to repair the hole in the wall that was made when they secured the pipe, but that will be done when Paul and his crew come back to do some remodeling in our basement. Yes, we liked Paul that much that we are hiring him to do additional work at our house. Overall we were very satisfied with Paul and his crew. They were polite and professional and we would definitely recommend him.

Paul is fantastic to work with. I cannot say enough good things about Paul and his crew. His prices are fair and the work is top quality. Don't bother asking someone else to quote your job, just hire Paul.

He came out, gave me the estimate, told me he was going to bring samples of the flooring so I could get a feel for what it would look like but never showed up for our appointment. I spoke with him on a Sunday, he told me he would bring out the flooring but he didn't really feel like it.

Our back steps were sagging and sinking into the ground. Paul came out and suggested ripping out existing steps and replacing with new. He put in concrete footing which had not been done previously, rebuilt stairs with middle support and gaps to help ensure water has a place to go rather than pooling in the center. Used better wood than had been used previously and rebuilt to blend in perfectly with existing structure. He completed the job in a day, cleaned everything up and it's held up very well over the past couple of years.

Paul and his crew are very nice professionals. They know what they are doing, an can do just about everything. They repaired some items so we didn't have to buy new ones. Cleaned up well after completing the project. They were willing to return to make adjustments. Always answered our calls and communicated well. We are already planning more projects for Paul. Will certainly use them again.

Paul Driver and his crew completely remodeled our bathroom. At first we got a quote for just a new tub with new tile in the enclosure. He gave us a very competitive quote (we got several others). As we got into the job, Paul also quoted us on a price for the whole bathroom (minus materials). This was also very competitive so we went ahead with the whole job. To cut to the chase, Paul and his crew are top-notch professionals, they know what they are doing. Paul is great at giving advice and options when you need them, as well as accommodating special needs or requests. His favorite response seems to be "we'll make it happen." This is a nice change of pace from some contractors. Paul and crew have obviously been doing this stuff for a long time and it shows. He and his guys are also respectful and pleasant to have around, great guys really. Paul was very helpful in helping us with materials, which we purchased separately to save some money. He even made several trips out of his way to pick up these materials from vendors, which helped out tremendously. We are overjoyed with the way the project came out. We did have some questions after the project had been completed and Paul's communication was great then as well. We look forward to working with Paul and his crew on future projects.

The crew performed all work in a efficient, professional manner. I am very pleased with the outcome of my bathroom and the attention to detail was impeccable. I would definitely recommend Paul and his crew to friends and family and would use them again for future projects.

Very good. Matched the paint, so looks seamless. Quality work all around. One bit of feedback I provided Paul was that the room smelled a bit smoky. Nobody smoked in the house- it was from one of the guy's jacket. Minor thing. Would use them again absolutely.

I originally called Paul to identify the source of a leak from the 2nd floor bathroom to the 1st floor. Paul easily identified the cause of the problem. He presented a few options and gave me his recommendation. I decided to take it a step further and just have the bathroom refurbished, in addition to fixing the leak. Paul and his staff did a great job refurbishing the bathroom. They took out the old linoleum floor and plastic wall tiles. They built out the wall behind the tub to fix the source of my leaking. Plumbing was moved to accommodate the vanity. They also installed a GFI outlet. Everything was neatly finished. Paul picked out all the tiles and colors for me. His selection of neutral colors and modern materials was excellent. I would recommend Paul.

Paul was responsive and was friendly when he came to our house. wanted to make sure that not only was the job done to look asthetically pleasing, but that it was done right, and would never leak again. we were put on schedule and the job was performed on a Saturday by Paul and his team. They also installed a kitchen faucet for us that day as we requested (added on to initial estimate). Grouting was scheduled for the following Monday but had to be delayed by us, and due to our schedules was not able to be completed until the following Saturday. Our fault, not Paul's. They arrived on time and got right to work. Job done meticulously and they cleaned up wonderfully! I would love to use Paul and his team for another job around my house!

Took about two hours. Good work and fast work. Two man crew. cleaned up after themselves. They also fixed an outlet at no extra cost! Was the lowest price of three estimates. Will use them again in the future!

Scheduling was great, he was able to get me an appointment within a week. He came out and provided an estimate and we agreed on a price. They completed the tear down in about six hours. The crews clean up was excellent, they left nothing on the job site.
