Description of Work: I had Paul and his crew of 2 others install a new window in our Laundry room. By install, I mean, they cut a whole in the side of the house...there was no existing window. It looks fantastic. They guys were all very polite and professional. All in all they spent about 4 hours doing the job which is about what Paul had estimated. They left the work area as clean or cleaner than when they started, they were efficient, and they did a professional job. I couldn't be happier. I will be using Paul again in the future to change a front door and to remove a wall of windows and replace with a sliding glass door. He said "no problem" and I fully trust him on that.

Description of Work: I called and talked to Paul Driver about repair to deck or possibly building a new one. He said he would be out the next day, and I waited but he NEVER SHOWED UP.

Description of Work: Nothing was done talked to Paul on the phone said he could do any work till the first week in June so I waited called him back in the second week in June left a message have not heard back from him.

Description of Work: Paul and his team were great. They came and did they job and cleaned up each day when they were finished. Paul suggested alternatives to our original plans and they worked out great.

Description of Work: Repaired ceiling in dining room. Roved whole house fan and replaced ceiling. Installed storm door. Replaced siding on garage. Planed bedroom doors.

Description of Work: i called to see about building a deck in front of my house and getting some gutter repair done. Mr. Driver said he would come out the following Monday or Tuesday and would call to let me know when. He never called. A week later, I called again and he apologized and said he would definitely get back to me. I never heard from him again. I contacted FOUR companies and had similar experiences. Is my property unworthy (working class neighborhood)? Was it because I'm the wrong gender (female)? Wrong age (senior citizen)? The outdoor building season is ending and I'm so frustrated! I did contract with another company - they were prompt, attentive and courteous. And I'm sure that's one reason they're highly rated.

Description of Work: Mr. Driver is very honest and responsive. Although Mr. Driver did not complete our project he was professional in the things he did do.Thank you Paul for your honesty. Betsy O'Connor
