A plumber came and snaked the drain. Water started to back up again a few days later in the drain. I called to have someone come back and look to see what else the problem might be. The woman who answered said she would check with the plumber and call me back. She never called back. I called back twice over the next few days and left messages no one would return my call. I thought they were a good company. I would never use them again or recommend them.

I don't remember the price. Replaced a hot water heater. They were excellent. You are asking me questions about something that happened; I have used them over the last 15-20 years, the fact that I can call them to come back to do other work has to be an indication of the quality I think anyhow, of the work they do.

They were expensive. It took him less than an hour to unclog the drain. He made sure that everything was good before he left. He worked the whole time he was here. He cleaned up everything before he left. He is inline with the price. I would use him again.

I love Parma plumbing. I always call them. I would use them again in the future.

From the first time I called to the time he arrived, he was professional. He inspected the problem and gave me options of repairing or replacing the ten year old hot water heater. He did a full inspection of the old one and made his recommendation and left it to my choice. The decision was made for replacement which he did quickly and professionally.

It solved the problem in about 10 minutes.

My kitchen sink began to gurgle earlier in the week and then just stopped draining that day. There was standing water in the sink. I had seen an ad for them, checked Angie's List, and found good reviews. I called about 9:00 am and spoke with John, the owner. I told him I needed service ASAP. He said he could have someone come out at 3:00 that afternoon. I agreed to that. About 20 minutes later he called back and said he could adjust his schedule and have someone out at 11:00 am. I was thrilled. He sent Dan. He brought in a large piece of cardboard to cover my kitchen floor where he was working and snaked out the pipe under the sink. While he was there, I asked if he could do the same to my bathroom sink, as it was draining slowly. With no hesitation, he agreed. He again covered the floor and snaked that drain. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. He was very easy to talk with and politely answered all my (a woman) questions. Very professional. Worth the price.

First of all, we called them because of a plugged drain. They were very courteous and professional over the phone. He showed up 5 minutes early, and waited in his van for my husband to arrive home. Once my husband arrived home, we showed him the problem, which he quickly identified and fixed.

They cleaned a bathroom tub drain by snaking the first 20 feet. It took about 45 minutes in the tub now drains as it should. An estimate was given before work was started, and the amount charged was the same. I was pleased with the service.

I called several places Thursday morning to request quotes, and Parma Plumbing was the first to respond (within about an hour), so I was happy with the responsiveness. They said they'd send someone to my home for a no-obligation free estimate within 1-2 hours. As promised, Dan from Parma Plumbing called me on time to say he was on his way. The work was done within 2 hours.He reviewed the three jobs with me first and told me how he would fix each one. He quoted around $207 for the three jobs, but later said there was a snag because the hot side shower valve was rotted out and to fix it brought it to $257. He told me to keep an eye on the garbage disposal, as it has corrosion near the top of it, but that it may be okay for now. He also gave me the option of replacing or repairing the outdoor spigot, which allowed me to save some money. He finished everything efficiently and quickly and tested each spot when he was done. He told me if I thought of any questions while he was there to let him know.I think the price quoted was reasonable and the work that Dan did was top-notch, and I would definitely trust them to do plumbing work at my home again. I would recommend them to family or friends in the area who are looking for a plumber.

The guy was fantastic, very honest, quick and knew exactly what he was doing. He was really good. I would highly recommend him to anybody.

They are reliable, come quickly, and the prices are fairly reasonable.

We spent about $150 for that work. They were prompt and they tell you what has to be done, and you don’t feel like you are being taken advantage of.

He was on time and completed the repairs in little over a hour.

The experience was wonderful. We just got home from being in Florida. We turned the water back on and the lavatory sink was leaking. The man came out within half an hour. They did a super job. They are always good when we have them come out.

Overall, they were very good and professional. They basically knew what needed to be done and got it fixed. Their repair has always been good in the past.

THE PLUMBER WAS ON TIME. HE WAS VERY POLITE. THE COMPANY IS REASONABLY PRICED. HE CLEANED OUT HIS WORK AREA. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

MY EXPERIENCE STARTED OUT VERY POSITIVE WITH THIS COMPANY, BUT LATER IT BECAME HARD TO REACH THE OWNER. MY CARPENTER RECOMMENDED THEM, BUT I WOULD NOT USE THEM AGAIN AS I DIDN'T FIND THEIR WORK THAT GREAT.

HE CAME ON A SATURDAY. NO EXTRA CHARGES FOR THE SATURDAY VISIT AND WAS REAL PROFESSIONAL. ALSO CHECKED DRAIN IN GARAGE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE.

UNRELIABLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
