+ -1 moreEstimate was on and the work was done as promised. This is the 2nd time I have gone there and both times the repair people were very honest and done in a reasonable time period.
Description of Work: Lawnmower was stalling as soon as it started. They cleaned the fuel line and carburetor, changed the spark plug and cleaned the blade.

+ -1 moreHE PICKS UP AND DELIVERS. HE PUT MY MOWER, WHICH IS PRETTY OLD, THROUGH A TEST TO DETERMINE IT'S CONDITION. ALTHOUGH I CAN'T RECALL THE PRICE I KNOW IT WAS REASONABLE.
Description of Work: LAWN MOWER BLADE SHARPENING & CHANGES THE SPARK PLUG.

+ -1 moreTHE MAN WHO WORKED IN THE LAWN MOWER DEPARTMENT (LARRY) WAS POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. AFTER THE SALE, I HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE TO WORK WITH THE OWNER, WHO SEEMED TO CONSIDER MONEY MORE IMPORTANT THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. TOO BAD I FOUND OUT AFTER I HAD GIVEN THEM MY MONEY. TRY TO KEEP YOUR DEALINGS WITH THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WORK WITH THE PUBLIC (THE SALESPEOPLE), NOT THE PERSON WHO IS WORRIED ABOUT HIS BOTTOM LINE.
Description of Work: THE DECISION TO NOT REPAIR THE LAWN MOWER RESULTED IN THE PURCHASE OF A NEW LAWN MOWER FROM THIS COMPANY.
