Pat was very responsive and did an excellent job repairing our front steps. Replaced a broken sandstone step, rebuilt a portion of the brick and tucked pointed the rest. Very happy!

We feel so lucky that we called Pat Palmieri for the work we needed done on nearly century-old brick pillars adjoining our front steps. They had sunk and pulled away from the brick arches adjoining the steps. He considered various options with a priority of saving the old bricks, as new bricks would be hard to match. He did meticulous work in building a new foundation for the pillars, and his tuck pointing of the deteriorated stairs brought it all together. This guy is an old-school craftsman. And just a wonderful person to deal with. Highly recommended.

Outstanding! If you need any masonry work done, give Pat a call. I searched for months to find a company that had good reviews and would show up to give me a quote. I contacted Pat on 10/19/20 and he came right out for a free estimate. He was honest and upfront on the work needed to be done. He sent me a written estimate and came back to speak with my husband. He answered all of our questions. We felt very comfortable hiring him for the job. I would give him an A++++.

Had a small brick planter that was cracking due to age. Pat came out and in his opinion the best option was just to remove it. I appreciated his honesty. He set up a date to have it removed and the job went very well. Afterwards he checked to see if every was ok.

It went well. He did miss a spot or two that I will point out to him when the weather warms up.

I spent considerable time attempting to contact probably over 15 contractors for this work. I was surprised that the vast majority either took a very long time getting back to me, or didn't respond at all. Pat was incredibly responsive, very professional, and communicated the issue and steps to resolve very clearly. Additionally, he was able to perform this work very quickly where as every other contractor that I spoke with said they would not be able to do it until next spring. I would highly recommend this company.

Pat and his crew did an excellent job. Pat explained everything they were doing. They were able to scrape areas of the house where the paint was peeling from the bricks and tuck-pointed as needed. For the chimney he was careful to do the work when the weather was dry. He arranged for flashing to be replaced by a roofer. Pat's entire crew were always pleasant and professional. We were quite pleased with the result.

It went very well. Pat, the owner, told me he would get to me within two weeks. He actually came to the house five days after I spoke to him. He was very professional and did an excellent job on the front step area of the house, He also did some tuck pointing on one of the sides of the house and did not charge anything extra for that work. They were done in a day and left the area clean and neat.

Based on his Angie's List reviews, I emailed Pat and included a photo of my steps. He called me from the road and was over at my place the next day to take a look. He explained why the bricks had fallen in under the steps and fully explained what needed to be done. He followed up by emailing me a detailed estimate (which was far lower than the others I received). He came over and spent two days rebuilding the foundation, cleaning/replacing the brickwork, and resetting the bricks. While here, he discovered that essentially ALL the brickwork supporting the steps needed to be reset and mortared, which he did for only $100 over the initial estimate. He and his assistant also touched up some other tuck pointing that needed it. All the replacement bricks match the originals perfectly, and the steps look great. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from start to finish. He's also a really pleasant person to work with, which doesn't hurt. I can't recommend him highly enough!

Pat answers his phone, and though it took a few weeks until he had time to do the job, he let me know that in advance, and he showed up when he said he would. He was extremely professional, giving us his best estimate of the work involved and accurately determining what needed to be done. He was on time, did great work and left the site spotless. The cost was literally a fraction of what our roofer suggested it would be. I would definitely hire him again.

In searching for someone to tuckpoint my chimneys, I had two no-shows and two over-priced estimates. Then I called Pat Palmieri. He responded very promptly. He came out and surveyed the situation and gave me what I thought was finally a reasonable quote. He explained very succinctly what needed to be done, without the BS I got from others. His quote was a third of the others I received. And his workmanship is professional. I feel like I have two new chimneys. He is the man to call. No worries.
