Description of Work: I received one call from the contractor which i returned. I had not heard anything since thus several weeks later I logged into Angie's List to remember the contractors name - found an e-mail in the Angie's List system that I would have no idea was there unless by accident, as I did, I found it! I returned his e-mail and asked for contact via a phone call and have not heard from. Would like to get the work done but can't seem to connect with the person.

Description of Work: Dealt with company representative Santos Scopillto and he did a fantastic job on painting two of my bedrooms. Work was completed quickly, neatly, and at a reasonable cost. I will certainly contact this company for my next painting job.

Description of Work: Skimcoat upstairs walls & landing paint them. Also painted 2 bathrooms.

+ 0 moreOur garage doors were an embarrassment.Our neighbors must have thought we were in need of a fundraising effort.Who would have 2 dilapidated doors in D grade condition for all of the world to see ? One of the doors was off the hinges and skewed at 20 degrees. Truth is they came off the hinges some time ago.My efforts to move them resulted in chiropractic bills that we couldn't really afford. Other contractors viewed this as an opportunity to make serious money. Santo and John calmly re-positioned the doors and restored them to the highest level of excellence we have seen in years. This was more than a coat of paint.It was pain staking restoration work in conditions we could not work under. Sun beating down on them.Careful attention to detail and a beautiful outcome. I had heard the promise of a good job. A great job was the result.Our neighbors came and asked who the master builder was. In one case she would not let him leave until he walked over and gave her an estimate. This neighbor is known for being inflexible with impossible standards. Her seal of approval is never given-except in this case. As you can see from the price it was only $200 .We had 2 contractors working on this for at least 2 days.

+ 2 moreOften times we call on contractors who over promise their abilities.If you read my other reviews of contractors you will learn of my disappointments as the contractor fails to deliver on his word or ability. This is the first contractor who has been able to keep and exceed his promises. Santo and John were able to do the exterior work earlier than planned. They did not complain about working in the blazing sun as they prepared our walls for repair. They worked diligently in one case into the night to exceed our expectations and complete the project ahead of schedule. They were clean. No mess for us to trip over.No eye sore for the neighbors to complain about.
Description of Work: Our home was in need of siding.Our budget would not extend that far.Santo and John took their time to prepare the exterior of our home with a solid prep job. Their dedication to excellence ensured a first class outcome for the work done. In addition to the exterior of our home we were in need of garage doors.Other local contractors wanted to charge us $1500 to replace 2 doors. Santo and John were able to provide sound handyman expertise to level the door-and paint the doors. for only $200.00 Painting Contractors have a narrow definition on Angie's List for the work they do.Santo has a remarkable talent with drywall repair.He is currently working on the interior of our home.The plaster work is a time consuming job.His attention to detail can only result in a first class outcome.
