+ -1 moreThey were okay. It took them two visits. It was originally for spray and traps. Then they put more traps. But it seems they were reluctant to come back when we were still finding all the remarks.

+ -1 moreWe didn't know what was going on here prior to us coming here so we had Orkin come in for the first time. We were pleased with them because they were honest. I had thought for sure that they were going to say that there was evidence of this or that so that they could keep coming, but the gentleman actually told us that there was evidence of termites or mice or rat pellets in the areas and that we didn't need their services. He actually told us where we could go and get blue traps for ants because we live in a wooded area. He also told us where we could typically place those blue traps. We thought that was a very noble and honest approach to take. We used him once and he didn't have to come back. We would use them again.
Description of Work: We used Orkin Pest Control a couple of times when we first moved into this house in November 2003. They did a general inspection to check to make sure that there were no termites or no signs of rats or mice or anything like that. They also inspected the crawlspace which is in our basement and basically the whole house.

+ -1 moreThey were very, very good. Their service guy was great. I used them for a year. They got rid of the ear wigs completely. They got rid of the bugs. They were very responsive. He was on time and professional.
Description of Work: I use them for pest control services. I had problems with ear wigs. Every two months, they do a treatment.

+ -1 moreWe have been very fortunate, that in the last 7 years, we have had only 2 technicians and we know them and they are very good. They have had consistency in the people who come to your house on a monthly basis. As far as the company as a whole, I know they are huge, and I can't really say about the company but as far as our technicians I would speak highly about them and they are very good.
Description of Work: They come out every month to treat for all different kinds of bugs on the outside perimeter of our house.

Description of Work: They come to my house every three months for pest treatment inside and outside. He does the inside for spiders, and the outside for the bees and ants.
