Tim showed up on time, got to work right away and was very easy to work with. The carpets came out very clean. Whatever he used to clean the carpets didn't stink up the house like some carpet cleaning services do. We were very satisfied with the service we got.

Tim was very conscious of his work and was pleasant to deal with and explained what is was doing. Tim was at the house between two and two and half hours. It was very nice not having a strong chemical order in the house after he was done. He used an orange scented solution in his cleaning process. My husband and I would deffintly have Organic Green clean our carpet again.

Tim was GREAT. He was very professional and took great care. The upholstery came out fantastic. The basement carpet had rust water stains that originally came out but returned as the carpet dried. After working all afternoon Tim went back and re-did the basement because he wanted to try to get those stains out. I wasn't expecting miracles but Tim wanted to make sure the job was done as well as possible. The natural products he used made the whole house smell great. After the weekend he called to follow up on how the carpet turned out and to make sure we were happy. I couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Tim was very professional and detailed . He called to let us know precisely when he would arrive. He explained his organic cleaning supplies and did an excellent job.

Carpet was left VERY wet- the provider took very good care of my things but was very slow as he was working alone. I had called a couple of days prior to ask how long it would take, as I was having an unexpected guest that weekend, who I needed to pick up from the airport. He was very vague and couldn't really tell me approximately how long it would take. He arrived an hour late, and took almost 4 hours to clean the carpets in my 2 bedroom house. All that said, once the carpets completely dried 2 days later, they did seem very clean and fresh.

I was thrilled with the results! Tim took his time and a great deal of care to ensure that the carpet was as clean as it could possibly be. I enjoyed talking to him too and wish him the very best with his business.

The carpet made my house smell like my big stinky dog, Tim's cleaning made the house smell like clean soap and water, no perfumes covering dog odor. He worked for about two hours. The price was very right. I will have him back regularly.

Even from my first phone call just to ask questions and get a quote, it was a great experience! Very helpful and patient considering the many questions I asked. When I called back a few weeks later once our tenant moved out they were able to fit me into the schedule for the date and time of day I wanted. They showed up on time and did a pre-treatment for stained areas and a very thorough cleaning. Very hardworking and no wasted time on the job for sure. It smelled great too, I don't like the smell of harsh chemicals so this was very nice and refreshing compared to what I have smelled in the past.

They used all natural solutions, no chemicals. He was very nice and did a good job. I would recommend them.

Tim was amazing. Took his time and got every stain/smell out of our carpets. Came as a recommendation from another friend and I have since passed his name onto several people. VERY nice guy that stands behind his work. Uses organic cleaners which with 2 babies & 2 dogs, is very important to us. We will DEFINITELY have Tim back!!!

I contacted Tim to clean the carpets in our home just prior to our move-in. He matched the price of a competitor, though I genuinely believe he has a higher quality service! He was very knowledgeable about his product and patiently answered all of my questions. He scheduled a date and time that was convenient for us and provided prompt, courteous, and quality service. Tim is wonderful! He did an amazing job for a great price. He worked so hard for us on an insanely hot day where he was working both outside in the hot sun and inside in our blazing hot house. Our shag rugs were so dirty I wasn't sure anyone could get them clean and they look wonderful now as does my car and our chair. Highly recommend!

Tim went above and beyond by showing up just a day after a insect bite that took him to the doctor. He knew the timing was important for us and got it done, which we greatly appreciated. He did a wonderful job and I'm very pleased with the results, especially as his cleaning products are eco-friendly. I cannot say enough great things about Tim and the results!!! The carpets had multiple stains that Tim was able to remove. He was extremely professional and detail oriented. He ensured every room was perfect and it was thanks to his cleaning!! I highly recommend Tim's services. Also the organic carpet solution left a nice fresh clean scent. I made a quick phone call and spoke with Tim. He called me back within the same day as he was not able to set the appointment during our first phone conversation. We discuss the work that needed to be done. He gave me an estimate on the price based on my description of the work. Tim arrived on time and we reviewed the areas that needed to be cleaned. Tim completed the work in a few hours and we discussed the work. He gave me a fair price based on my knowledge of what I have been charged in the past.

Couldn't have asked for more. Punctual, thoughtful, conscientious service from a personable and customer -service oriented business. It was a pleasure to meet Tim and have his help with the carpets (one of which looked pretty grungy before he came).
