Tim was professional and personable. He also gave me choices of scents and told me about what he planned to do. He gave me a chance to see how dirty the water was and used fans in the rooms he was finished with. When Tim completed an area, he was careful to make sure the furniture feet were protected from the damp carpet. I felt very good about the job he did and the cleanliness of the carpet. We have pets so I need to have confidence in the service provider. I am extremely pleased with Organic Green Carpet Clean.

I've used Tim for cleaning our rugs and upholstery for nearly five years. He is always professional, hard-working, friendly and extremely reasonable with pricing. He is also very careful about not using any toxic or harmful substances. I also break my number one rule and don't even bother asking him for quotes before doing work, because I know he will be more than fair. Can't recommend him enough.

I couldn't be happier with the appearance of my carpeting following Tim's work. There were several stains on the carpet left by the previous owner. Following the cleaning, the stains are all gone and the carpets look, smell, and feel nearly new. I will absolutely hire Tim again for future cleanings.

Tim was easily reachable by phone and very prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling. He did an excellent job with my carpets and I loved the essential oils he added. It was easy to contact Tim, he explained the difference between his green approach to carpet cleaning as opposed to his competitors. I am environmentally conscious and have had reactions to odors left behind from cleaners, so I was impressed. We set up a time to meet and he showed up on time and ready to go. He did the job in a proficient matter, and was able to clear one area that had been badly soiled, and the place smelled great after he was done. And I didn't have to worry about what I was breathing into my lungs. My tenant asked me for the name of the business, she was so impressed.

He arrived promptly, explained what his organic cleaning was all about, and discussed why organic was the way to go. I explained that I did not want four rooms done, but the above areas. He did an excellent job of cleaning, and all areas smelled delightful. When he wrote up the invoice, he did not charge me for the four rooms (his standard), but gave me a price break. Not only is he a charming, pleasant man who does good work, but he removed some branches that had fallen on the front lawn without being asked to do so. I would definitely have him again!

Great! Tim was very responsive, professional, and knowledgable, and even followed up the next day. He used organic cleaners and an essential oils blend to take care of pet odor. He even removed a lot of soapy residue from a previous cleaner, as well as a lot of dirt they missed. Because of our thick floor padding, carpets took a little longer to dry, and Tim explained this upfront and helped along the process using a giant fan and space heaters. Our carpets were truly thoroughly cleaned in a healthy way and now feel great- soft and with NO residue! I would not have done it a different way. So glad I can sit on the floor and not have to worry about chemicals! Would definitely use them again!

Tim was very kind and pleasant to work with. Very flexible with scheduling, was on time, very professional. He was very careful and respectful of protecting furniture and walls which had recently been painted. He also showed much care and concern for our allergies and included us in the decision about which products to use. The carpets look wonderful and there were no allergic reactions! They used all organic pet and child friendly materials. They added some essential oils and did a great job.

.When I spoke to Tim he explained his services and cleaning methods and the type of products he uses. He was able to fit me in within the week for cleaning 3 areas. He called the night before to remind me of the appointment. He arrived within the agreed upon time frame and set up his equipment. He moved the larger pieces of furniture in the family room and placed blocks under them when he put them back. He was polite and professional and answered any more questions I had. When he removed his equipment he left everything neat and clean. I was pleased with the cleaning.

He did a good job. He was on time. My carpets are mess because I have an elderly dog that was pooping and peeing and it was in pretty bad shape but he did what he could, which is a really good job considering all that. I actually paid him $25 more than what he was going to charge because I felt he went above-and-beyond, so I gave him, like, a little bonus for the extra time. I also recommended him to a coworker. He held to his quote. I had no complaints.

It's absolutely beautiful. I'm really pleased with it. He did a great job. He pulled out a lot of soap that was left by a previous company that I had used, and I was really pleased with the method he used. He used a non-toxic type of cleaner, and there is no heavy chemical smell. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Tim arrived promptly and used a steam machine to clean our carpets. We had moved furniture and rug pads before he came but he didn't say we had to do that. It took around an hour to complete the process. The rugs look and smell fresh, not chemical or strong in any way. They were almost dry, just slightly damp when he left. They felt dry by evening.

This was the second time that Tim, the company owner, had come to our home to clean the carpet. We were pleased with the first visit where we had asked to have the high-traffic areas cleaned, only. This visit Tim arrived early (he arrived promptly the first time also). We had moved aside furniture so he could again focus on the high-traffic areas. This was my elderly father's home and he uses a walker indoors and wears rubber-soled shoes, all of which Tim explained both times would make it somewhat difficult to guarantee a really good cleaning as the walker wheel material and the soft soles of the shoes melt to the carpet fibers and is very difficult to remove or at least lighten. We accepted this as a probable outcome but wanted the carpet at least cleaner in general and food stains and such removed as much as possible. He spot-treated stains and answered questions about the products he uses, which are non-toxic. This was important as we didn't want my father breathing a lot of strong chemical smells for hours as the carpet dried, and grandchildren would be visiting in the near future so we wanted a thorough, safe cleaning. We think the second cleaning turned out even better and have been pleased with the results. Since it is a wet cleaning the carpet still required a few hours to dry. Tim used an orange-scented oil that was added to the cleaning products, leaving a fresh scent, though it did linger for a while. The price for the cleaning was based on doing the high-traffic areas of the rooms, so doing complete rooms will cost more. We felt this was a fair price, rather than being charged for a whole room when not all of it is being cleaned, regardless of whether furniture was in the way or not, as some other companies charge, since they go by square foot. We found Tim to be personable, quick to answer phone calls, and willing to discuss any questions or concerns regarding the particulars of cleaning our carpet and the products and methods he uses. We will continue to use his services and would recommend him to others.

Time contacted me immediately and we set the appointment for July 1st between 12 and 1. He arrived on time, was completely professional in his manner and dress and proceeded to evaluate the areas to be cleaned. I have had a sick cat and, unfortunately she soiled the carpet in several places. One in particular, I told Tim not to be too concerned with because I doubted there was much he could do. He went to work and an hour and a half later everything looked and smelled so clean and fresh! There was even improvement in the area I didn't expect to see any. Without hesitation I would recommend Time and Organic Green.

Provider went above and beyond! Cleaned most of the rugs in my house and some additional areas I was not expecting. Very friendly, kind, professional. I love that he uses safe cleaning products. I would not call this fast dry, but the service was great, and he did a great job cleaning the areas we asked. Scheduling was easy, and he stayed as long as it took to get the job done.

Tim couldn't have been more professional or helpful! One of the rooms had a special issue, and he gave it extra attention. When he was finished, all areas looked brighter and smelled clean. In addition, he called back several weeks later to see how things were with the room with issues. I had him come back out and give it another "dose" for good measure. He even left me some solution to use if the need ever arises again. He comes on time, does an excellent job, and has good follow-up skills. I would definitely call him again, and I've recommended him to my neighbors.
