The owner of the company was able to accommodate my request for a next day cleaning service, showed up on time, did a thorough and effective job, and charged a very reasonable price. I will hire again when needed for carpet and upholstery cleaning.

Carpet looks new, and house smelled fresh. I use this service about twice a year on my living room carpet and sofa.

Tim is amazing! He cleaned over 10 rooms of carpet and they look, feel and smell amazing. I have really bad allergies and Organic Green Carpet Cleaning is the way to go! The price was great too!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was great service. The carpets were very well cleaned and stains removed. At the end there was no chemical smell, fake perfume or sticky residue. Sometimes after our carpet is cleaned by other providers the carpet is 'tacky' for a while in texture but after Green carpet came it was very soft. The cost was less than we were paying for other steam carpet cleaner. I will keep using this service due to excellent clean AND most importantly safe for my family.

Five stars across the board! Tim did an absolutely fantastic job cleaning our carpets and furniture. He took extra time to get to know us to fully understand our wants and needs and situate our furniture and rugs properly. Our carpet was extremely soiled from a full year plus of dogs, fireplace, etc. The outcome was amazing - the carpet and furniture look like brand new without the chemical smell. We couldn't believe that our Dylos air quality monitor registered record low particle counts that we have never previously come close to. The air is much much fresher now! We love the organic process and natural cleaning solutions - that was a top selling point and worth every penny. Thank you so much Tim, we will be using you again soon. Our dogs say thank you too!

As always, Tim does great work and is extremely fair. He is meticulous and always puts in the extra effort to make sure I am happy with the job. He is one of the few service providers whose magnet I keep on my fridge, because I won't use anyone else.

Tim was great! Very diligent and worked very hard to get every stain out. He was also considerate and careful when moving my furniture and belongings. Because Tim is so thorough, the cleaning process takes a long time. For 5 rooms, a hallway, and a set of stairs, it took 6 hours. It was worth it!!

Tim was fantastic. He scheduled on a day that was convenient for me, and did a great job on the carpets. They look like new and feel fantastic. We have a child, pets, and very light berber, so it was a challenge but he was up to it. He was also very nice to work with - friendly and courteous at all times. We will definitely have him back.

Tim was great! Easy to schedule and he worked really hard and quickly while here - much appreciated with two little ones in the house! I loved that he offered to use Essential Oils in the process as a deodorant - I picked thieves, which was great! His price beat out others that I had called for quotes, and I felt comfortable having him come into our home. Tim was professional and explained everything he was going to do. One of my carpets was badly stained and he did a very nice job on it. He was friendly and courteous. He did not waste any time in cleaning the carpets. I also liked the fact that he did not use any harsh chemicals and used essential oils for deodorizing the rugs. Tim was here all day, took his time to make sure I was satisfied (and I am picky!) and that the carpet was almost dry before he left. He answered all my questions regarding the products he uses. The house smells clean and fresh with a light citrus scent. For anyone with allergies or concerns about chemicals, this is definitely the way to go, however the carpet did not get as clean as I had hoped, probably due to the lack of chemicals. One month later dirty areas reappeared and he was unable to get the gray areas around the baseboards clean.

After living in our house for 22 years and having carpets cleaned many times, this was the most thorough and effective cleaning we have had. He was here for hours and it was obvious that he took great care to get it just right. We had concerns about drying time because our carpet is a thicker shag, but it dried quite well in a shorter time than ever before. I am just getting ready to make an appointment to have the carpets cleaned again, one year later.

I contacted Tim for an estimate after reading several reviews for different companies. I liked the idea that the carpet was actually shampooed and not just steamed. He was willing to travel from Cleveland to North Canton to do the work for me for only a $15 travel fee. I had to reschedule the cleaning and he was extremely accommodating. He called me while on his way to my house to let me know he was running a few minutes late because of traffic and heavy rain that afternoon which I thought was very professional. When he arrived he had me show him the areas I wanted cleaned and began working. I felt he really took his time and cleaned my carpets well and didn't rush the job. The essential oils he uses smell absolutely FANTASTIC and the house smelled nice for several days. The carpets were very dirty and my husband and I were considering getting new carpet before we moved in but decided to first get them cleaned and see how it looked. I was amazed at the difference the cleaning made. The carpet is worn in spots but the cleaning made such a huge difference we decided to hold off on new carpet for awhile as there are other things we want to do to the house. It's such a relief not to have to worry about new carpet right now and I can't thank Tim enough for the job he did. Tim himself was very professional and courteous. I was very comfortable around him and with him being in my home. I will definitely contact him for any future cleaning I need and would recommend him to anyone. P.S. I was a little concerned about using a company that doesn't run equipment from their truck as I had just paid to have the house professionally cleaned and was afraid it would be messy. However, Tim didn't make a mess at all and I realized I had nothing to worry about!

Tim did a great job on the upholstery and the carpet, was very professional and was easy to contact and schedule an appointment. We have pets and kids so the furniture needed a good clean, and it looks great. Our carpet hasn't been cleaned in a long time, and it too looks clean and fresh. I really appreciate that Tim spent a lot of time to do a thorough job and will definitely call him again. I recommend him highly!
