Organic Green was great. First, I love that the products that they use are all organic and safe for kids and dogs. The owner came out to perform the work and he was great. He was very knowledgeable about his products and very thorough. He took his time and paid extra attention to a heavily stained area in my family room, getting all of the stain up. He even called the next day to see how things had worked out! My only concern was that he was there for a long time. Most other carpet cleaners have been in and out of my house in no time, but Organic Green really took their time to get things right. I only bring this up to be prepared that an appointment may take longer than anticipated, but it is worth it! Highly recommended.

Tim got back to me quickly after my initial call when I had left a message on his cell phone. He did a thorough job on the furniture and carpets. Everything smelled nice - not a strong medicinal smell. We felt comfortable leaving the house for a period of time. Tim called me to make sure I was satisfied with the job. He reminded me to have a rug put in the bathroom to keep my Uncle from slipping after he walked on the wet carpet and then onto tile.

Tim called to let me know that he was running late, which was fine with me. The machine would not fit up the narrow stairs to our finished attic, but what he was able to clean was great. We just moved into this home and there was a set of stairs that looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in 10 years. They were caked with hair and grime. Now the carpet looks almost new.

This is the best are carpet has ever been cleaned.he got out all of the stains, and the after smell was way better than the chemical smell of the other companys we have used in the past. very professional, very nice to deal with and a hard worker. We will call them again. .

I had new carpet placed in my new home which was omitting a terrible chemical smell. It was so strong the chemical odor was causing increase asthma and allergy symptoms in both my son and I. I wanted to find a company that would use a non-chemical product that would help remove the chemical smell. I didn't want to use a company that would agrivate our symptoms by using more chemicals in their cleaning. Tim, owner of Organic Green Carpet Clean was very professional . He used a cleaning product that not only decreased the chemical smell from the newly installed carpet by 90%, but it also made the carpet feel so much softer. I am so glad I didn't use a company that used harsh chemicals to clean the carpets but went with a non-chemical solution that solved the problem.

They were fantastic. I would use them again and anybody who needs a carpet cleaner, I would surely recommend them. They really did a good job, very professional, really great. In fact I’m calling them again for my rugs and upholstery. They are good.

Tim is quick and efficient, friendly and professional. We have been customers of this company twice (along with several of our family members) and we would certainly call Tim again or recommend him highly. We highly appreciate the use of environmentally friendly, healthy cleaning solutions that we aren't concerned about breathing. Pricing is also extremely reasonable. Tim does great work, with excellent results. He arrived ready to work, with all necessary supplies/equipment. First he assessed all the work to be done, to be sure he was approaching the situation appropriately. The living room and family room furniture were cleaned first, followed by the carpeting. The carpeting was badly stained and presented quite a challenge; Tim did a very thorough job of removing each stain. I had little hope for this carpeting, but it looked miraculously clean when he was finished. We had a choice of different essential oils to be added to the carpet cleaning solution for a nice fresh scent which wasn't unhealthy to breathe. We chose peppermint which smelled wonderful for days afterward. Tim was very careful with all the equipment and no scratches or spills were made on our hardwood floors during the job.

Tim arrived on time and got immediately to work. Cleaning three rooms and a hallway took about 1 1/2 hours. The carpets looked great and were only damp to the touch, by evening they were completely dry. There is no strong chemical odor because he uses organic products and essential oils for scent. I am very pleased with the results.

Since he does not use harsh chemicals, it is best to let him know the nature of any stains when you set up the appt.

Tim came within the hour promised. The carpets cleaned up amazingly well without any harsh chemicals to inhale. Tim also had fans to help blow the carpet dry. I own 4 properties and Tim has serviced all four. I especially like his green products that leave very little residue while keeping allergies down as much as possible.
