Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet in all 4 bedrooms. |Not positive on the date or cost. Can you email his phone number to me because I need a copy of my receipt for the company that installed my carpet. I need to prove that I had it cleaned within 24 months, because we are having some wearing issues in the high traffic areas.

Description of Work: I called Tim to set up an appointment and was able to get one much more quickly that I expected. On the day of the appointment, I received a couple of calls from him saying he was running late at the appointment before mine. In the end he was about 45 minutes late, not a deal-breaker. He brought this huge machine into the house, which he then decided he couldn't use because I didn't have enough grounded plugs for him to plug it into. He did some cursory spotting, then used an apparatus that left the carpet so wet it took 3 days to dry. He's very pleasant, and we had a lovely chat about mutual interests, but ultimately I was disappointed with the results of the cleaning.

Description of Work: Tim is great!! Tim has cleaned our carpets for over a year. We have 2 kids and 3 dogs...each time he makes it look brand new!!! He is quick to respond, prices are reasonable, moves any furniture you want moved. $99 cleans my whole first floor. He's friendly and efficient. I won't hire anyone else to clean for us!!!!

Description of Work: Tim was very courteous & punctual. For the price quoted he cleaned 2 rooms, 2 flights of stairs, a hallway & landing, and a large microfiber sofa and ottoman. Everything looks and smells fantastic! I would highly recommend Tim's services to anyone looking to clean their carpets & upholstery in a non-toxic, "greener" way!
