 + 10 moreWe are really happy with the service provided. This contractor was very reliable, honest and affordable; good value for money. He takes pride in his work and will always do the job to your satisfaction. Also, he is trustworthy and will tell you upfront what is needed as opposed to contractors who will constantly "uncover" new things that need to be fixed. There were times when he did uncover new things, but he warned us ahead of time that is possible. In general, there were no major surprises and we got good value for what we paid for. He is the perfect choice if you have a lot of different projects to be done around your house.
Description of Work: Contractor was great choice for us, as we needed quite a few different jobs done and he was able to do them all, as opposed to us having to search for different contractors. We had bathroom floors redone, new marble tiles installed in one bathroom and almost complete renovation of the other bathroom floor (marble tiles), vanity and toilet bowl replaced along with some pipes. The carpet in the sun room was replaced with ceramic tiles. He also refinished hardwood floors in two bedrooms and on the staircase, installed the flat screen TV on the wall and hid the wires, replaced some missing tiles on the roof and part of the drywall in the basement, fixed the broken skylight on the 3rd floor, painted the door in the den and built the patio in the back yard. He also installed GFCI units in the kitchen and rerouted the electricity to make it safer to use. Additionally, he fixed a window in the kitchen that would not open. Finally, he did numerous installations of mailbox, dartboard, etc.

Description of Work: He roofed my garage, he did concrete work, he finished the 3rd floor, he fixed the storm door, he also painted as well.
