Job went well overall. Company showed all additional options for repairs before completion. Knowing how ON-Call outlines there job i would use them in future & recommend to friends & family.

Awesome and friendly service!! They were in and out in a day! They had to replace a small patch of concrete that butted up to the house so they could waterproof there, and it looks almost identical to the rest of my patio, which I am very excited about!

I really appreciated how the owner explained the work that needed to be completed. The work was thorough, and overall I am pleased. The only issue is that the company was extremely busy last year and it took several months before the work was done.

Everything went extremely well! We have used them four (4) times at least on our apartment complexes for very large jobs. Even though the city was pretty terrible about the regulations and code, Frank personally was there with staff working hard to complete. Everything has always passed all requirements and tests, and have had no additional issues of any kind since.

The area to be repaired had difficult access, but Frank expertly dug the hole and completed the job without any damage to the landscaping, lawn, or the house. So far, despite heavy rain for the past week, the repairs have solved the leaks in the wall.

We had some water infiltration in a corner of our basement. It was not a lot, but, obviously, any amount of water entering your house is an issue. We reached out to at least six waterproofing companies. Some felt like sales pitches, but most felt like honest attempts at resolving the problem in the least expensive, but most effective manner, yet no two companies agreed on how to resolve the issue and the prices varied wildly. We decided to go with On-call. The owner Frank returned calls and emails in a timely manner, was friendly, was very knowledgable, came out to look at the issue and did so thoroughly, he gave us a competitive quote, and booking the job was very easy (Thanks to Teresa in the office). They were TOTALLY on-time with the start date. The men working on the house were great (Thanks Vince)! They were professional, thorough, and answered. They did the entire job in one day in 95 degrees heat! Yet it was clear that they cared to do great work. Two days later the mason came to put in a new window well (it looks beautiful) and then the driveway was patched. It was all very efficient. So far no water in the basement!! Even in one of the heaviest storms we've had since living here. Hoping for many years of dryness! I could not possibly recommend On-Call more highly. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Frank recently came out to waterproof my century home in Lakewood and to install an egress window in the basement. From start to finish, the process was easy. He came out for the estimate and looked over everything thoroughly. He gave us estimates for various contingencies so we could budget accordingly. When he and his crew arrived, they took great care to protect my neighbor's driveway and worked very efficiently to dig the first trench. When it came to the drain tile on the driveway side, he saw that we were tied into the incorrect sewer line. We're having our porch replaced and had already completed demoltion, so we were able to save a few bucks as we had him repair the tie-in rather than install a sump pump. All told, the job took two days. Frank was always willing and eager to answer questions and let my wife take pictures during the process. We feel that we were billed fairly and there were no hidden costs or fees, save one. We didn't know until we made our down payment that there would be a 2% credit card fee. However, in looking back at the estimate, he did indicate the fee. So just read the fine print. Post waterproofing, we have definitely noticed that the basement is a lot drier. We were also given several straight days of rain to really test it out and it's holding up very nicely. I would heartily recommend using OnCall. The crew is professional, skilled, and easy to work with. The entire experience has been top notch.

After reviewing the problem, the owner offered a series of possible solutions. He worked with me to put together a plan that included sealing a 9’ length of the outer wall, replacing damaged foundation drain pipes, cleaning out blocked drain pipes to the street, and diverting roof rain water to the street drains. This solution avoided letting water enter our basement and diverted yard water away from our home. It worked well (our basement is now dry) and was somewhat less costly than other company proposals. After the work was done, though, I had to personally extend two drain pipes an additional foot or so to the ditch. The workers worked hard and were very courteous. I would call this company if needed in the future.

Frank and crew showed up early and on time. Everyone was friendly and knew there job. They found a couple large cracks that were brought to my attension and repaired with hydraulic cement. Frank suggested to have the drain tile he couldn't replace , under an addition; cleaned with his high pressure water sewer jet , extra money well spent. Thanks to Frank and his crew for a great job.

We had just replaced our driveway last year and shortly after, started to get water in our basement along the driveway side. We called On-Call Waterproofing who provided an estimate that was more reasonable than the other estimates we had received. We decided to give them a try, and they completed the job professionally and in under 3 days. Since the driveway was new, I asked that they cut the driveway along the existing seams, and they did that without any problem. The new concrete almost exactly matches the concrete that was placed the year before and it looks great! I would absolutely use them again at our next home! Highly recommend!

Frank was on time and very professional, explaining what was needed to solve our basement water issues. When contracted, Frank and his crew were able to start before the original start date, worked diligently and professionally on the task at hand, even when asked to perform additional work, Frank was able to quote it on the spot and was very fair. I would definitely hire On-Call Waterproofing again, (I hope I don’t have to, but would if the need arises.). Very good!

Frank came out for an estimate. He was completely honest and helpful. He didn't feel it is a water proofing issue. He identified areas where water may be entering from above and made suggestions to correct the problem. He spent nearly a half hour when he didn't have to explaining it and going outside and looking at suspect areas. I would highly recommend them. While we did not have work done and he did not make any money he was very helpful when he did not have to be.

Frank was exceptional to work with and was actually on site during the waterproofing. Cost was about $150 per foot and I had a little more than 30 feet. The crew supervisor was very good at confirming what bushes were to be removed and explaining the steps for the repair. They were careful of my lawn and neighbor's driveway by putting down boards to prevent damage. There was absolutely no mess after they did the job and cleaned up. The reason for my water problem was exactly as Frank suggested: packed clay against the exterior basement wall, lack of sufficient gravel over the drain tile, crack in basement wall below grade. In other words, Frank has seen it all and knows his "stuff". So, if you don't know what your water problem is and how to solve it, have Frank stop and check it out. Frank's estimate was the highest of my three estimates by about 10%, but in many cases you get what you pay for and Frank and his crew's experience is worth much more than the 10%.

From the time Frank came out to check out the leak (and he went around the outside and inside of the house completely) and his explaining the OnCall waterproofing system to the quoting and actual work, everything was done well. My questions were answered quickly and when the crew came out, they were on time and moved like a well-oiled machine, each to his appointed task. The crew was friendly, professional and hard-working. Everyone communicated well which is one area a lot of suppliers do not.

Frank was vey accommodating as I work week days and came by later in the evening. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained several likely causes and the work that would need to be done. Due to the nature of my property it turned out that the cost was going to be substantially more. Frank took measurements and provided a bid in a timely fashion and the company sent several e mails to inquire if I had made a decision and if I needed any questions answered. The company was not pushy and I was impressed with how this was handled.

Frank and his crew finished in a few days which included concrete sidewalk. Frank and everyone of his crew knew exactly what they were doing, a testament to their experience level. Communication with Frank and his office was seamless as all calls were answered or immediately returned and emails very timely. Some of the other contractors tried to sell us all four walls, but Frank insisted that resealing the two problem walls would be sufficient. The work was completed in late September 2016 and we haven't had any water since. Highly recommend.

On-call exceeded expectations. They were quick and efficient. The only delay was they found out my sewer line was completely blocked which they had no way of knowing before starting. Frank immediately called me and explained he problem in a way that was easy to understand. They were done with the whole house excavation and sewer drain replacement in 3 days. The true test came with a huge storm two days later and for the first time since I bought my house I did not have to clean up water in the basement.

All went fantastic, I be already recomended frank to other people, prompt clean and best of all it fixed the problem.

I contacted a dozen companies of which four came to look at the property and On-Call Waterproofing was only one of two contractors who gave me a quote for fixing the drainage issues [the other contractor quoted $16,000]. Frank identified the problem, checked with the City to see what options he had with regard to running the drainage out to the street, and gave me a very detailed quote. The work was scheduled and completed in one day. The old drainage system was removed and new French drains were installed and graded away from the house. Frank was very personable and knowledgeable. The other contractor had said that we needed to replace the drainage around the whole house. Frank said that was not necessary. He identified the problem areas and worked up a solution to fix only what needed fixing.

Frank and the On Call Waterproofing Crew do outstanding work. They excavated all around house 6 ft down to the footer. Installed new footer drain pipes and connected new downspout drain pipes. Also installed clean outs that are easy to access for any future maintenance. Tarred and sealed the foundation walls. Back filled with gravel. You would never know they were there once they finished the job. They were careful to protect landscaping and our neighbors property as well. Before Frank and his crew arrived, I had horrible water problems in my basement walls. Water was seeping in through the walls and at the footer base. After On Call Waterproofing finished the job, I have had a dry basement. I can say that I can recommend On Call Waterproofing. They are very professional and do the job right. Keeping the water on the outside of the foundation walls. I was very nervouse to have such a large scale job done at the house. Once Frank showed up and he and his crew began the work with such a high level of professionalism and skill, I had all the confidence that I did the right thing and hired the right guy. In fact, as I get ready to sell this house 5 yrs later, I am having Frank and his Crew get ready to do the same excellent work at my new house. They will be laying a new cement garage pad and waterproofing around the house foundation.

What stood out is the way they do their waterproofing. They were on time for their estimate. They were prompt with their call back. The answered any questions I had.
