Description of Work: I bought an Angies List Big Deal and scheduled the work twice. The first time he called and said his truck's transmission had gone out. The second time was a no call no show.

Description of Work: Since the coupon was for door-related repairs, I had a deadbolt and new doorknob lock installed and had a storm door adjusted to better fit the space. The tasks were completed and I was very happy with the results. Mr. Barnes cleaned up the wood bits after installing the locks and was very professional. I am planning to contact Ohio Home Pros again in the spring for some other home maintenance tasks.

Description of Work: Supposed to do three hours of door repair. Email me the day work was scheduled. I had taken day off from work. Told me his truck broke down. I can't afford to take days off work and appointments get cancelled! Taking days off come at aa monetary cost to me too! This makes the "Big Deal" less of a deal! Not the best experience.

Description of Work: Started great. Demoed old showerquickly and clean up was good. downhill from there..started laying tile and the floor was wavy and didn't slope to the drain. Called Eric and he had the floor ripped out and redone. The wall tile was put up without removing the old mortar so the tile sticks out and is not flat..It also is not straight so the mortar lines are wavy. Eric was going to have it cleaned up and since it was the week before Xmas ask to wait until after year end. It is now April and nothing has been done.

Description of Work: Installed a bew shower in the place of an open area that used to have a soaking tub in it. They did the plumbing, built the structure, waterproofed, every aspect!!!

Description of Work: Refaced cabinets changed granite installed new stainless steel sink an refrigerator, remodeled and updated laundry room.

Description of Work: I would absolutely use them again. Did a great job, very responsive to any requests and good price.

Description of Work: I called them and explained my situation, that all I needed was a kitchen measuring, she told me someone would call me back and no one ever did. If I ever wanted someone to purchase a kitchen from I would not call them. It cost nothing to return a call.
