Tom and crew came the very next day after I approved the estimate. Everyone was in tune and knew what they had to do and got the job completed quickly. Top notch job and very affordable. Tom knows what he is doing and I would not hesitate to call them if I needed something else done. They are the best in the Cleveland area!!!!

We had Ohio Gutter Solutions replace our whole gutter system and install covers. Tom explained all our options and his services without giving us a hard sell. His crew came out the next day to perform the install and did a great job. Price was great and Tom was quick to respond to any and all questions I had throughout the process.

The crew was on time and were nice guys. I felt the price was fair as well. It was a nice touch that after a rain day Tom came by and asked about the gutters.

The job was incomplete he said he wold come back and he never called me.

Tom and his team were amazing! We hired them to redo our entire gutter system after having our roof redone. They came right out, gave a fantastic quote, and scheduled us for the very same week. His crew worked fast, they were respectful to my plants and landscaping. They cleaned up beautifully and talked us through the work they did after. Tom from Ohio Gutter listened to my plight about another company who came and did half the job and left. He arranged a time to thoroughly investigate exactly what the problems were and his estimate was very fair. Even more important he works with a quality work ethic and was determined to get the job done the right way regardless of how complicated it was. Once he got up there he realized some additional repairs were necessary and he took the extra time, effort and thought to reassemble the gutter and replace the facia at an extremely good rate. It s rare to find someone who you can trust and I would use him going forward every time.
