Able to select remnant piece of granite at their store. When installation scheduled, they arrived on time and did an excellent job. Cleaned up after their installation. Had used them in 2009 for kitchen counter top. Would use again if needed.

Very professional and courteous from beginning to end. O'Brien communicated every step of the way. Installation was impeccable and seams are not noticeable to the naked eye. You actually have to feel for them. The countertops look fantastic! We highly recommend this company.

Russ Austin took us through the process from start to finish, even though we had purchased several years ago from another supplier. They treat you as if you were their one and only customer. The installers were very nice and professional. The install is beautiful and is actually a work of art with a near seamless look. We are currently working with them on a smaller project, but are receiving the top notch service.

We visited his showroom and were immediately impressed. His samples and design of kitchens in showroom where beautiful. Then Jayme came out of office with a big smile and made us feel comfortable. He explained everything that he would do from sending a man out to house to measure to the install. Willy came out to measure and was so professional and courteous and on time! Willy and a helper returned to install and always a call to say they were on their way. They were in and out so fast but did a fantastic job at the installation. When they left everything was left like when they got there. they are very clean. They whole experience was a joy. Especially looking at my new countertops.

O'Brien Cut Stone was very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. The quality of the stone and installation was excellent, and working with Jayme and their staff was a breeze. They are responsive to your needs and answer any questions or concerns you have in a timely fashion. I would not hesitate to use them again.

We worked with Jayme O'Brien and he was wonderful. Very professional and helpful. We told him we were on a somewhat tight budget, so he only showed us options in our price range and did not push for a higher cost product. He had 1 smaller sheet of Giallo West which was perfect, it was his last one so he gave us a bit of a price break. They came and measured at the beginning of July and completed the installation 2 weeks later. The granite is beautiful and the installation was smooth and quick. When the time comes for our kitchen remodel we will be contacting Jayme again.

Russ at O'Brien is very friendly and helpful. He made the process easy from the beginning. Installer was very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

We have done two kitchens with O'Brien. Both came out far better than we could have hoped. Russ was helpful, even offering suggestions on design elements not sold by his company. We can't say enough good about this company!

I was very happy with them. Of the three different bids that I got, they came in the lowest. I wasn’t necessarily looking for the lowest, but they had an enormous selection of granite types and we were able to find one that we really liked. It looks great. We had to buy two slabs because we had a lot of countertop. They made it all work for us. Overall, they were amazing. They were very easy to work with. Mr. O'Brien did the design work himself. The crew came in and measured meticulously. The same person who measured came out and did the installation. He considered himself accountable for getting the measurements right and getting the slabs in right. They were able to do the whole thing pretty quickly. They were there when they said they would be. They clearly knew what they were doing. They were competent and provided all the service that I needed.

Everything was excellent. They were always quick to keep in touch with me, there were no mistakes, they were upfront with their costs, and there were no surprises. I think their price was fair.

We were just looking to see if there was a chance that we could afford to replace our counter tops. Upon arrival at their showroom we met Russ Austin. He has the name of an action figure and a personality that doesn't end. He gave us our options and sent up to their partner warehouse filled with every kind of slab stone you can imagine. We picked out a few types we liked and settled on a beautiful granite based on look and price. Russ set up the rest and within 1 week we were having the counters installed. The men who came to both pre-measure and install were extremely professional and hard working. The job was complete they cleaned up and then Russ called to make sure that everything went well. After my wife and I had time to inspect the counters there were a few minor flaws that needed attention. Jamie, the owner, came out twice to fix the issues. The only reason he needed to come twice is that the first time he came the tile man was still installing the backsplash and he could not get to the spots he needed. Now that everything is done we have received numerous compliments on our new counters. This is a fine group of professionals who will do whatever it takes to ensure your satisfaction. Great business to work with, I only wish they offered more home improvement services.

They had a really nice showroom. Jamie, the associate I worked with, was very helpful. He gave me some great ideas. They did a great job.

We had a very good experience - everything was done very quickly; installation was done on time without any problems whatsoever.

They were very prompt and cordial. They acted like they knew what they were doing. I didn't use them because I didn't like their materials as well as some others.

Their price was much higher so I didn't use them. They were really good and they were highly recommended by some of my neighbors. I was doing a lot of the work myself including tile work and drywall. I had a very strict schedule to tear out by Memorial Day and be in by the beginning of August. I wanted them on a certain date and they couldn't meet my schedule. I went with another company that could. They were very nice. It was just that they were busy and couldn't meet my schedule. They were straight up with me and they told me they couldn?t do it.

They were very cooperative. We picked out a piece of granite to be installed but when they came to install it it didn't look quite right. They took it back and we picked out a new piece at no difference in price.

They did a great job installing my granite countertops. Very professional from start to finish. The worker who came to my home to measure was also the installer. The Installer, Willy, was also very pleasant to work with. They were careful not to damage my new floors too. I covered the floors with cardboard prior to installation just in case. The only hiccup is the original install date changed but only by 3 days. Jayme gave me a couple days notice of the change. Not a big issue. I would reccommend Jayme O'Brian and O'Brian Cut Stone for granite countertops. They did a fantastic job for me and I would use them again.

They were reliable and did what they said they would.

Mr. Funkhouser was excellent at helping us select what turned out to be choices we are delighted with. The installation went extremely well. They came out when scheduled and did an excellent job with the installation. Everything looks fantastic. When the inevitable glitches occurred they were flexible and understanding and worked will with our other contractors, one of whom Mr. Funkhouser had recommended and who worked out extremely well. The pieces of granite are beautiful and of very high quality. The edge cuts, sink cuts, etc are precise and perfect. The installation likewise was of the highest quality.

O'Brien Cut Stone subcontracted installers for my job. I was not made aware that subs would be used. The installers broke a small corner section off of one piece (scant 1/2''). It was located at a seam, on the front edge. The installers did NOT notify me of the breakage and subsequent repair, I found it myself after they left. I wanted O'Brien to replace the piece since the breakage was in no way related to my own use or neglect. O'Brien refused to replace the damaged section. They came out to my home and did an ''improved'' repair. For $5000 worth of granite, this was an utterly unsatisfactory response. I was also unsatisfied with the matching of stone on my backsplash at a seam. O'Brien DID replace the mis-matched section of backsplash, at no additional charge. Overall, I was dissatisfied due to the damage upon installation and the poor customer service that followed.

O'Brien was recommended by my kitchen designer. Great fun to walk thru yard and pick out actual slab to be used in kitchen. They had to return to the reposition island counter top; the design was a bit complicated and the team who did template and team who installed were different. A subsequent return visit to drill a larger hole for the soap dispenser cost another $100 or so. But that was our mistake not theirs. Overall good experience.

JAY WAS MY CONTACT, AND HE DROVE ME AROUND THEIR LOT TO FIND AN EXACT MATCH WITH THE FLOOR I HAD AND HE GAVE THE BEST PRICE IMAGINABLE. SHOP IN EARLY IN JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, BECAUSE THAT IS WHEN THEY ARE IN THEIR SLOW SEASON.

BRIAN MILLER VERY HELPFUL IN SELECTION PROCESS & HOW THE INSTALLATION PROCESS WOULD PROCEED. DURING INSTALLATION, I WAS REQUIRED TO BE THERE. APPOINTMENT WAS CANCELLED WITHOUT LETTING ME KNOW. ANOTHER DAY WAS SCHEDULED & INSTALLERS ARRIVED ON TIME. GRANITE FOR ISLAND DID NOT HAVE ROUNDED CORNERS AS REQUESTED & WRITTEN ON ESTIMATE. BRIAN COORDINATED TO HAVE COUNTER PICKED UP & RETURNED THE FOLLOWING DAY. HE WAS VERY SORRY & DID WHAT HE PROMISED.

COUNTERTOP CRACKED WITHIN 3 MONTHS. COMPANY REP. CAME OUT LOOKED AT IT,CALLED ME BACK AND SAID, "NOT OUR FAULT SOMEONE MUST HAVE STOOD OR LEANED ON IT." COMPANY WANTED TO MAKE IT MY FAULT NOT THEIRS. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE OVERALL PROFESSIONALISM OF THIS COMPANY.
