+ -1 moreHE CAME AND REPLACED THE KNOB, AND GAVE ME SOME VERY HELPFUL ADVICE TO MAKE IT LAST LONGER. HE DIDN'T TRY AND SELL ME ANYTHING I DIDN'T NEED AND HE WAS VERY HONEST. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I'VE USED THEM FOR OTHER REPAIRS AS WELL, I'VE ALWAYS BEEN VERY PLEASED.
