The company itself was very pleasant to deal with, their service rep. was very friendly and very knowledgeable, and the company did not try to stick us with unnecessary repairs. We are recommending this company to all of our friends because they give excellent service.
Description of Work: My dryer no longer got hot enough to dry clothes, and we just knew that we needed a new heater coil. The repair man was prompt and found that the problem was a dryer hose full of lint (who knew you needed to pull the hose from the wall to clean it out each year?). He cleaned it out, adjusted and checked all of the connections, and only charged us a service call fee.

MY WASHER WOULD NOT SPIN, OR NOT SPIN PROPERLY. TOLD HIM WHERE THE PROBLEM WAS, AND HE IMMEDIATELY TOLD ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY. THE PRICE VERY REASONABLE. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. GOOD SERVICE. ONLY TOOK A 1/2 HR TO FIX. OFFERS GREAT ADVICE FOR OTHER APPLIANCES AS WELL. WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND.

THIS IS A GREAT COMPANY TO USE FOR APPLIANCE REPAIR.
Description of Work: REPAIRED THE WASHER AND DRYER AND REFRIDGERATOR, AND SUGGESTED THAT THE FRIDGE BE REPLACED. THEIR SERVICE CALLS ARE ONLY $14.95.
