+ -1 moreI received a Birthday cake arrangement from this florist on tuesday and it look a little meager as you could see the green oasis between the flowers. i decided to give it a day or two to fill out but all the flowers died or turned brown by friday. I called this floral shop friday and was treated disrespectfully, told i was full of "s***" and that they have a 24 hour return policy. My retired Mom paid $65 plus telefloral fees. The cake wasn't even round - it was kinda egg shaped. I hope these guys get the Karma they deserve. Lose the righteous and mightier than thou attitude and start practicing some good customer service. Oh you might want to get a decent floral designer too!
